See, that I don't know. As far as I'm aware they're still open underneath, so it would stop something coming in from the front but this was right down on the very bottom corner, so it could still have hooked up underneath. Either way. I don't really like the look of the belly pans avaliable and would rather something that looked more like a plate just covering the front of the sump.

There is a physical damage on the motorcycle caused obviously by the driver, and you consider that this is a Honda's problem? OK, so let me try to rephrase. You are driving a Mercedes and you crash your car and next day you come to dealer stating that this is their fault and they should fix it for free?!? What did you expect? This is a physical damage, obviously caused by you hitting something, so not sure how did you expect that a dealer fix your damage for free which literally you caused? From a video I see that the impact was done from outside, not from the inside...
