I once said to Lord Halifax "Britain hasn't been the same since the franchise was extended to the peasantry. What was wrong with rotten boroughs after all?" He nodded sagely. "Bastards," he said in a knowing way. In my experience the hoi polloi are far too easily distracted by things like not having houses and being unable to feed their children.
Well, there is the problem! If the ordinary folk were working longer hours to feed themselves they wouldn't have the energy to get involved in fluffy things like democracy would they? We really are too generous with our wealth, giving away weekends off etc.
Unfortunately, they forget that they need the masses to feed and house their children and raise them to adulthood in large numbers so a new generation can be exploited and taxed from womb to tomb. How else will the wealth be generated and stolen?
Really, no one's told me what the prime minister had for breakfast this morning I've got to spend the whole day wondering. Yet I know what the Bloke sleeping in the shop doorway had. Nothing.
The Daily Fail will go into meltdown when they discover that Black Squirrels exist where I live. I won't reveal the location for the sake of their safety and security. The squirrels, that is.
I really loved that satire piece you did about the people going to the food bank saying they were going to vote Tory because they are looking after the poor. Brilliant! What was that? That was real? Oh! We're in trouble aren't we?
Take back the newsrooms, I say. The editors are NOT the face of the news, or the networks. But they wield the power - the power we mistakenly attribute to the frontmen and women.
I thought π was going to be my fave reference (mostly because I was trying to work out what the other 7st was doing...) Then the Media Union made its statement and I had to go and find my hat just so that I could take it off for you gents. Bravo! 👏
Well, all I have to say is.........ooh, what's that over there?.............is it a red admiral or a peacock?......I always get those two muddled up, what was I saying?
Personally, I think that this holds true for pretty much every political party since politics were first invented (with some minor technical adjustments needed).... Nicely said though.
More 100% on point genius. Talking of fashion trivia, I see Sunak is sporting a Sports Direct rucksack to look like a big eared bell end you could go to the pub with. Oh no, hang on it's £750 worth of personalised backpack, but mere loose change for crook on 100k a day Pi?? That's the 3.141...etc of pure news muscle I suppose?
That’s really sloppy journalism!! You needed to do NO “investigation” as it’s clear this non-story wrote itself!! Well done, another cracking episode. Make sure you don’t peak too far before the election!!
Yes! No one seems to have spotted that the national service thing wasn't actually a policy; it was only to deflect attention from the 'achievements' of 14 years of . . . whatever that was.

Lol! Great stuff guys. Wouldn't it be fantastic if you ran the Tabloid shit rag newspapers, life would be so so much better for us all. Thanks for sharing
You deserved a like! I have to say I did miss that one ... one needs a couple of views of these jam packed shots to get it all ! Including pausing to read the captions !
As a lifelong Tory supporter I think it's wrong to assume that we don't all recognise that we are staring into a bottomless pit of economic ruin and social despair...... it's just that if one is a Conservative member then one doesn't have to queue to see it and there's a free bar.
Never mind these sarcastical cynical sceptical "lovely stories" !!! What we need is more in-depthical analytical exposè's of the Markel woman. However do you think we form our opinions.?
