Once we got the Anderson Composites Hard Top, it was only a matter of time before we'd be adding a roof rack to the Bronco. After carefully reviewing several available Roof Racks on the Market for the 6th Gen Bronco, we decided to buy the @TrailRax TRMR rack with PaxRax side panels.
This system is amazing! Provides all the functionality we will ever need while allowing removal of the front/middle roof panels while still attached. And TBH, we consider it to be the best looking option available as well.

Just installed this on my Bronco Sunday. I must say, the quality is superior to most on the market, but I'll be dammed if the TrailRax install video isn't just plain awful. I wish I watched this instead, because some of your little tips/tricks would have turned a 4 hours install into a 1-2 hour install.

No plans for an RTT at the moment, but I will transport the Gazelle T4 Tent up there (in the bag of course) and the Pelican case.

So I had an issue with rattling and I think it’s because of the carriage bolts on the wind deflector not being tightened enough at install. I actually reached out to Trailrax because in their video, they initially say to use the carriage bolts and nylon nuts but later, they are screwing into t nuts. They mentioned carriage bolts are the move but yes, your video is hands down better. Can you let me know how you mounted your heretic light bar? Did you use the t nuts you linked or carriage bolts that came with the lightbar

I have a LasFit light bar on mine, but yes, I used the t nuts

Can you tighten down the bracket to the factory bolts that stick through on the bronco before even putting on the wind deflector? It seems so much harder to tighten them down after the wind deflector goes on. It appears you can tighten the bracket to the bronco then add the wind deflector and then go from there to assemble the rest of the rack? Am I missing something? Mine comes tomorrow

I just installed a Roof Rack on my new 4 door Bronco from different manufacturer and promptly removed it 1 day later due the wind whistling at 50 mph or higher. It was brutal!. Did you have any issues like this at all with this rack?

I think It reduced it on mine. With a lightbar, I'm not sure if you can completely eliminate it as is my case. But I felt like it was noticeably lower then before. It definitely did not get worse.

You can still take the front 2 pieces and the middle piece out. TBH, I don't care to take the back piece off.

Most people won't regularly be taking the rear top off, considering how difficult it can be (especially solo). The middle two panels are the only ones that really matter.
