@@thedarkestknight8381 indeed the good old "King" 2 of 9 shooting, 0 of 3 3pt and 0 of 2 FT for -15 statline that gives all LA fans some confidence that their pick wasn't completely wasted.
Bronny Awards Prediction: -3x Rookie of the year - 4x All Player of the year for 2024 - 5x All Lebron Award - 3x Best sibling player BRONNY FOR THE WIN!!!
@@my-1903defensively ive seen some flashes. But lets be honest offensively hes hot garbage. Cant dribble, cant facilitate, undersized, cant finish through contact, cant shoot (yea i dont care how many Wide open corner threes he scored in the combine). If he's lucky he's gonna be some version of grand theft alvarado or pat bev
Lmao look how bad his misses are, he’s not even close. His spot up shooting is terrible. His triple threat isn’t good either. There’s no redeeming qualities here
@@OndissideThey weren’t so bad. Sometimes it doesn’t go in, it’s details. But he created good looks, pull up pretty clean and balanced. Also the most important didn’t get shy and stopped shooting. That’s good mentality. Who knows man, he can convert into a good 15 point player with the mentoring of his dad, good support system and I can see him becoming a 6 man PG
@@Ondisside you talk shit , anyone who got a clue about basketball understands that shots Bronny made was not bad , its just did not go in , but he kept attacking the basket and any NBA coach would tell you is better to keep attacking and miss then miss oportunities to shoot or dont shoot at all , so stop talking nonsense
this kid might actually be nice wtf. ya hes shots didnt drop but he got to where he wanted to easily and got the shots he wanted. He's athletic with a good feel for the game.
Sagged off on the three line because he's not respected as a shooter. His mid range is iffy, but that's been the story since college (37%). A number of prospects play like this and never make it anywhere so there's a ways to go before he sees light at the tunnel.
Ye like he can't work into making Those do you ever picked a basketball, no better yet do you ever Got out of the couch nigga? Like ever? It's simple just work on shooting of the dribble, stationary and catch and shoot
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Bronny a fucking bum. Dude pours in 32 for the kings but we sitting here saying “Bronny could’ve had 12.” I’m dying 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Make sure you wipe the cum off your mouth before going outside
Haters gonna hate. But I saw a lot of good things. Shots didn’t fall. Nerves of first game plus the pressure. Same with Dalton. But Bronny was moving well and getting to his spots and once those shots start falling he will become more comfortable. He is a lot more aggressive and those shots will eventually start falling and as they do he becomes more confident. He also does not look small on the court lol. He matches up well. Great defender and will get better. Looking forward to seeing him develop
let's for a second have a serious conversation shall we: What good did you actually see? I am curious and willing to listen because from my point of view it looked like this: In a game with low intensity and low overall pace the boy got almost entirely open uncontested shots and he made 1. That to me doesn't say anything good about him because especially those midrange shots won't be open in the league leaving only his 3s and he made none. Now I will agree those shots didn't look bad but good is a far stretch. Aside from that what did he do? The rebounds were nothing to cry about, those are rebounds everybody is gonna get you by just exisiting and the steal wasn't anything impressive either. Now I could stand here and discuss his defense but as 90% of the players in the summer league aren't good enough to get 10min in an NBA game I think we could and should put that to the side until the season starts.
2/9 is ofcourse terrible; but he honestly looked good from what’s in this video. He got to his spots and created a few scoring opportunities; shows decent potential 💯💯.
@@Nate101izationsometimes it doesn’t go in. But he at least showed good mentality and didn’t get shy from trying. Also got put the perspective nobody from his draft position ever got so much pressure in debut
@@Nate101ization That’s right. But that’s assuming he doesn’t care about being performing. If he cares deeper than the money level about actually being good then he has the most pressure someone drafted in his position ever had
I hope this kid prospers. & he will. He’s only 19. The game will come to him eventually. It’s only summer league. Ain’t that the whole point of his development when he first got drafted? Bro just had a cardiac arrest that was not too long ago. He was chasing the bread & got $7M. He wasn’t making that at USC. But we not gun sit here and act like he wasn’t a McDonald’s all American. He can ball. Simple as that. Rooting for this kid. Glad my lakers got him.
When it’s any other players, ppl will say it’s only the summer league so you can’t really take too much stock out of it. But bc it’s baby James, all of a sudden he “looked good” and “all he needs is more confidence.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. He’s still a bum playing against low level talent when it comes to the NBA, most of which won’t even sniff a regular season court. Man, the delusional really come out at times like this.
the steal and the pull up jumper at 1:25 is the reason he will be great in the nba. That was the quickest pull up ive seen in a player in ages. Bronnie will be fine
The scoring will come in time. Anybody who watched him at USC knows that defense and playmaking is where he is most skilled at this point and it’s already showing.
Bro gave y’all 4 against basically rookies. What y’all think he gone give against G League player with wayyy more experience and skill? He no were close to NBA level😂
so many haters. you try being the son of arguably the best player to ever touch a basketball. the expectatations yall have of a 55th pick, acting like he went number 1 or something.
He had good open shots, still figuring things out. He’s gonna get the time and play he needs with his dad on the court so idk what’s with all the bashing. Bronny won’t be an all star but he will definitely get you decent bench numbers. 8pts 3 rebounds 4 assists with 12 min playing
Bronny needs to be a better 3 point shooter. If he can be a 12/6/4 type of guy with a couple of steals and a few threes a game, he can make it as a role player in the NBA.
Why? Because of who his dad is? Why not cheer for kids coming up with actual talent who are working hard to make the NBA and not just walking in because of ho their dad s
@@ben1ben2ben1 Just because he had it easy doesnt mean he won't struggle in other ways. You can't fake success because if your good your good. Skills require hardwork and drive no matter where you start from. In some ways its harder to be great when you come from everything...because you don't have to. He has to live up to his fathers name and overcome the people saying what youre saying. Why do u want to see your fellow man fail? hatred? Hatred is neever justified or good for you. Its costing you to hate and its empowering to cheer for the pursuit of greatness.
