That’s debatable outside of him being able to dunk he doesn’t really do much else Not a great finisher at the rim even with the bounce he has Not a high level shooter Not a elite scorer off the dribble Not a elite spot up shooter Not a good facilitator And not a good defender He’s always been pretty overrated He wouldn’t start on any nba team I wouldn’t been call him better than Mac Mcclung and u see where he at The g league 🤷🏽‍♂️

We all face trials and tribulations in life and there are only 2 ways to handle them. You either break from the pressure or you man the F*%# up and make it happen. Mikey is in Make it happen mode! He has to get busy and show the world that he's matured and nothing to play with. If not he will be playing overseas in Germany somewhere. He burned a lot of bridges with his childish behavior so restoring those relationships are also vital for his professional career and growth. I'm rooting for the kid, I pray he makes it!

I don't know much about this Williams. From reading comments he was very hyped coming into college. THAT can be an issue as far as being coachable and improving. I'm A Purdue fan. Coach Painter discussed Zach Edey who was ranked like 300th when he went to Purdue. Painter stated because Zach was so lowly rated he was very coachable, he listened to the coaching staff and he worked hard to improve his game over 4 years at Purdue. Edey could barely play 10 minutes a game his 1st year and was playing entire games at the end. If Mikey Williams wasn't soo hyped maybe he would have a better mind set/work ethic. The NBA is full of Professional Men trying to feed their family's who GET it! No one at the NBA level cares about your hype...

The difference is ALL those Stars were talented. They also worked their butts off to reach the level they did. I think Edey will surprise as Memphis is a perfect fit. An example did you see Edey declined to play for Canada in the Olympics. So he can play with Memphis Summer League and work with Memphis. If Edey struggles early I assure you he will work to try and improve his game to get better.

Mikey Williams = Seventh Woods with more character issues. Had amazing highlight tapes as a 14/15 year old because he was physically more developed than his peers at that time, but his peers eventually caught up and he progressively fell off

He may end up transferring from UCF because something about the state of Florida wont let him play right away due to his felony. I seen a video that states certain states he wouldn’t be allowed to suit up right away due to felony. He may transfer again if that’s legally possible to do.

His stock has already plummeted since his rise so I highly doubt he’ll get to the league. Is it possible? Yea but everything would have to play out perfectly at this point! This is the example of what I am warning about, that is coming for players like this. The arrogance, the showboating, tattoos are not what the NBA wants anymore, just look at the last few MVPs, the current lottery pics, and who got left out. NBA owners are going to COLLUDE and box out the Thug looking recruit, and it's already happening years before I predicted. 🤷‍♂️
