I realize that almost all of these is it imba or do I suck guys have a crazy advantage that they throw away. They never press their advantage and hate moving out with a massive army. They get so passive when ahead and so aggressive when they're behind.
But the name is without space between "ein" and "stein", so it woul translate so "astone". Since "ein" is also "one", you could also translate it to "onestone". 🤓
Quick note for the editor: youtube algorithm notices bleeps and count them as half a curseword, harstems own sound effects could be used instead. Also much easier on the ears and funnier imo. Keep up the great work!
Really good content mate. Just got back into SC2 again after 5 years and I'm having a great time with Protoss - your builds and videos have definitely motivated me! Thanks and keep it up!
Can we do a Harstem reacting to people who suck series? Just people, like me, who admit we suck and are in low leagues getting absolutely roasted by Harstem while he gawks at the ridiculously stupid stuff that happens down here?
Harstem, thanks to your critique, I learned enough about SC2 to finally challenge the multiplayer tutorial. The concept of multiplayer was always a bit too stressful, but thinking about things the way you break them down helped me calm down and organise things. I wasn't only able to win, but I was able to realise how much of the tutorial was superfluous, and end the match quickly.
This one was really good, but i still enjoy the one with Lowko the most! Thanks for high quality jokes! Your humor is very intelegent and i like that! (sorry for bad english)
You understand that the first tanks were infantry support, with the sole purpose of being anti-infantry. Unless humans can now magically move at 70km/h
@@hamster4sale Yes, but what reason is there to compare Roman Infantry to the first tanks when they are already over a thousand years apart, and the difference between the modern tanks and first tanks is less than a century?
@@EstrellaViajeViajero I mean it's a silly analogy in a comedy video about sc2. So pointing out that modern tanks can pull 70km/h not only misses the spirit of the analogy, but is also factually incorrect since you feel like ignoring that slow tanks existed.
@@PropheticShadeZ you are 100% correct, it is insanely hard, I meddle at around 4500 as random, after every loss (and some wins) I am reminded of how much I suck at the game. I always watch the replay and the amount of mistakes I make is hilarious.
23:00 Julius Caesar is pronounced Yulee- us Kaisar. You got the first name spot on. All c’s in Latin are pronounced as K. Thanks for the vid as always 😁
A suggestion for your next Beating Grandmaster with Stupid Stuff: You can't build Pylons except for base construction. For supply, you are allowed to build Nexii only. Each Pylon is allowed to support 2 buildings. E.g. once you have a single Pylon you must build Gate/Cybercore (example) before your next Pylon.
The "I'm your host Kevin the Koning is going to be the best mic drop for my beats, thanks Harstem. I love Harstem Also I thought I got a text message when the mid game review sound came up.
This guy wanted to make an A-move army for a free win, but instead he failed at A-move and attacked the rocks. Like, this is how bad that shit was. You failed to A-move, dude. Also, the storms were as timely as me going to the beach this year. (I have NOT gone to the beach yet)
What i get from this series, the angy coaches from winter, the fact that there are hundreds of build order guides, casted pro games , Streams of the pro gamers themselves and the replay system inside the game itself is. If u actually want to get better in SC2 you have everything you could need to improve BUT to many of us are just too FUCKING LAZY :D
Julius Caeser was only ever consul / dictator of the REPUBLIC. The Roman empire didn't exist until his nephew Octavian, whom he adopted as his son, became Emperor Augustus.
Everyone's posting Serrral content today. I don't want to watch serral, it's boring, you know zerg will win. Thanks fo saving my evening with this one, Harstem.
16:12 "I have way better creep spread than him!" I said it before, and I'll say it again: It is super imba how Zerg is supposed to have map vision WITHOUT OBSERVERS! And how is 'Toss supposed to see anything without creep?! And don't get me started on Terran, who have NO Observers AND no creep?! Wow this game is imbalanced left, right and center!
After watching a few of these IODIS videos. I think that only playing Starcraft 2 when it first came out and not for long (basically just the campaign on easy no multiplayer) but keeping up with videos of Starcraft I could beat some of these players just because I played Dawn of war a lot and I kinda know the units in Starcraft from watching Harstem and Lowko.
Hey Harstem great analysis of the protoss player but tell me how to counter BroodLord's + curroptors + infestors + vypers. So basically zerg endgame spellcasters + free units ?
Literally the answer to this game is to 1. build more carriers. 2. a move 3. spend literally 100% of your focus on controlling your high temps and just storm the fucking zerg. 4. ez win gg. Carrier Archon Storm needs to a move and micro 1 set of units. Blord Corruptor Viper needs to a move and micro 2 sets of units. That means in Diamond, the protoss wins every time because the zerg needs to micro more than 1 selection of unit so they'll always fuck up.
I understand the premise is basically always going to lead to saying the player sucks rather than it being Imba, but ... do you have any of these videos where you actually dub it imba? (I'm not asking based on anything in this vid)
Kill the god damn overlords near scouting your base. Information in war is HUGE. After those overlords are down hunt any on the map.. you want your opponent as blind as possible. Edit: After watching, how did he loose??
Well To be fair After a bit he clearly should have switch back to ground that like 40 corrupter or something was just way too much for 2 carryer. His early game wasn't too bad tho but his unite movement was the bigest flaw (seeing all the time the templar where like 5 years away form the army was just sad like some time they wear even the last one being retreateing like If you got Templar you need to protect them whit your army you can't just Yolo them)... And yah that hiting a rock on creep was not a good idea (at less do that off creep tho it probably help zerg more overall in general) Any way it much easyer to know the mistake whit perfect intel for sure tho. (much harder to read whene you don't got good scouting) And I suck at SC2 so I wouldn't say I would have done better. SORRY FOR THE BAD ENGLISH
