We live in America, how hard is it to find a 400 pound person to help you with the test? I’ve seen a few of these tests and everybody is always about 200 to 250 pounds. If these beds are designed for a couple were each person can way up to 500 pounds you really are not testing these beds at all, are you?
I am about a month in with my titan. So far I really like it! I hope it holds up long term. I think it has good edge support and sleeps well in most positions. For the price point I think it was a great deal.
My favorite Brooklyn Bedding would probably be the Brooklyn Bloom, which is their hybrid with latex (not memory foam), as I prefer the sensation of latex rather than sinking sensation of memory foam.
I am glad to see this video. I sleep on my side so not good for me. At least I have options being a bigger person but would like to sleep on my side with out pain.
I currently sleep all over the place. My neck and knees hurt in the morning, along with numb feet and fingers. I weigh 252 but losing weight. I am really thinking about the Titan, but not sure.
Is the Titan going to be miserable for me to sleep on as an 180lb side sleeper? My fiance is 350lbs which is why we're looking at these mattresses, and he went with the Titan.
I sleep on my side. And I put a pillow between my legs and I hug another pillow and use it from having myself roll forward onto my stomach. My leg that’s up facing to the ceiling will shift forward and I wake up in pain because my pelvis and hips shift. My chiropractor helps with that. What’s your recommendation? Ty in advance
@@Mattressclarity Since the OP hasn’t responded and I have the same sleep position as them, my weight range is 380-400 lbs. I have a few rare chronic conditions so weight & pain is always an issue. Thinking Big Fig or Brooklyn - or any other recommendations? Thanks.
I'm currently 1 month into the Titan and I am noticing the edge support is not a that great. I sleep on my side and after only one month starting to see body indentations. Do you think the big fig will do better job or do you recommend anything else ?

I'm thinking about the big fig to get can it fit on a regular size queen box frame that I have I just need the mattress that's all and is there anybody that could deliver it for me if I have to get all the other pieces to the frame so they can set it up and I'm on the southside of Indianapolis Indiana is there a big fig company that can deliver and how much is the big fig bed one call I'm on a very fixed income do they come in a king size big fig I was just wondering and what's the site to the big fig bed
@@janicemyrick7869 This isn't from firsthand experience, but in my comparison shopping (which I'm still doing), I came across the Helix Plus (used to be called the Helix Nightfall), which sounds like it would be ideal for you. I've got my list narrowed down to either the Helix Plus or Big Fig.
@@AnotherPlanetsHell Thank you very much for the imput. I did take the Helix Sleep Quiz and you're absolutely correct with your recommendation. But I'm really trying to avoid buyer's remorse for the 7th time in the past 6 years. I really want Purple3 because I've been able to test it out at a local Mattress Firm.
so i am a female that weighs around 270. i sleep in really weird positions all over the place but mostly on my side. i end up sort of on my side smashing my arm and shoulder. i was thinking of the titan because its actually in my budget. i usually sleep on a 3" memory foam topper and was wondering if that would make the titan better for me. i have also been looking at the ultra cheap allswell mattress which has been well reviewed. opinions please!
Hello! I think adding a topper to the Titan could be a good idea. You'll get the support you need, but that topper will help with pressure relief on your shoulders and hips. For the Allswell, are you referring to the original Allswell mattress, or the Luxe or Supreme?
pulled the trigger and used my stimulus and got a winkbed plus. its been about 2 1/2 weeks and its pretty awesome. doesnt need a topper to be comfortable. i did need to purchase a step to get in and out. i also got the winkbed platform foundation and its much taller than my old bed. my last mattress was still in great shape but old enough to vote and as i age and my nerve issues progress i need something more luxury that what i had.
@@AnotherPlanetsHell winkbed plus is really nice. the only thing i would change is to put handles on it. quality is top notch and i pestered customer service a lot and they were great. i wish they had offered white glove delivery but not with all the distancing.
The Big Fig comes with the foundation. ETA: June 2020. Not sure how often but I got mine with free foundation and a code used to get the bed frame free as well.
@@jamyedowell245 You're right. As of today (06/26/2020), the Big Fig comes with a heavy-duty foundation. If you don't need/want it, they take $100 off.
@@AnotherPlanetsHell The foundation is worth more than $100.00 for Big Fig and it allows the mattress to last with a great base. Therefore, if you don't choose the foundation you are going to miss out on a great bonus for support.
@@stephanienelson4349 "With a great base" can mean many things (e.g., adjustable base). You wouldn't necessarily miss out on support. That said, after months of disputing with Big Fig, I've concluded it's an untrustworthy company run by a president (Jeff Brown) who's a proficient and practiced liar-and not a terribly smart one at that. The lot of them is profoundly devious.
I'm looking for an affordable mattress that wont have a forever permanent dent in one or both sides of it from someone sitting in it all day and wont sag in the middle or make weird humps in the middle of the bed or the head area from laying all different directions with 2 heavy sleepers. and has good firm/soft support for severe scoliosis
Bigfig gave me credit and when I didn't use it immediately removed it refusing to restore it later. I actually make 4x the income now. Bigfig, your loss.
I still would like to get a helix +bed but you said tightness pretty strong and sturdy and I need one that is really strong and sturdy that can last for a lifetime but then again I would like to have that helix + bed or I would like to win a bed maybe my luck will come true if I win a bed right now I sleep with a CPAP machine on and I would like to have a nice strong from queen size bed already got the box I just need a better bed that's one way a lot heavier for two people if I could win the bed my choice would be Helix + bed plus I'll fall asleep and couldn't tell which bed is good cuz I'll be dead asleep right now I'm on the very very tight 15 come and the reason why I don't have any money right now to get the bed cuz I got to pay off the hospital bills that I was in the hospital or if they're going to come and get me right now I'm praying for a miracle that I can win a bed and if you do pick me as a winner make sure it's over the weekend where I can catch you then that way you could deliver it to me on the Saturday right now I'm just praying for a miracle keep up the good work that you do on these beds
