Brooklyn Cruise Port 

The cruise line will offer a shuttle from your debarkation port wherever it is to the airport. You will need to have already booked your flight and know the flight info. Typically it is for flights leaving after a specific time. Pricing varies depending on which dock and which airport. It would be best for you to ask your travel agent, or if you booked direct, call in to reservations to ask.

The cruise line will offer various shuttles, and they'll tell you which airports they serve. I've sailed with Cunard from the Brooklyn terminal, and they feature a shuttle to Newark. I don't know if Cunard offers other airport shuttles, so I reecho Shirley's advice to check with the cruise line or your travel agent. Of course, in NYC, there are no shortage of cabs or ride services such as Lyft or Uber, and depending on where you're going, that may be more cost-effective.

@@ajs11201 my concern with taxis and uber is Manhattan traffic and that can be hectic. I'd most likely take the subways if I got off at NY Penn Station. Although I'm reading that cruises may be sailing again out of Philadelphia and if they run better ships from Philly than Baltimore it's only an hour and 15 minutes on a train from Lancaster to 30th street station and traffic doesn't seem as bad in Philly as NYC

@@MrWill1985 Subways aren't convenient to the cruise terminals, unfortunately. However, you can easily take a subway from Penn Station to lower Manhattan, then take the ferry from there to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. I think the ferry is about $5/person.
