I’ve been hearing that it’s going to be a hot summer. Just like they say every year.
What about right now? I don’t have the luxury to live off my past accomplishments so I have to keep active so that I may create and conquer new goals. Being fit at my age isn’t a trophy to brag about, you’re supposed to be healthy no matter what age you are. The 40 year old individuals I surround myself with and aspire to be like are just as healthy as I am and some may be healthier. My existence here on RU-vid isn’t to be a Bar-historian , I am here to inspire you to not make excuses and give your best at anything you choose to do. Real leaders lead by actions not by manipulation. Here’s my 10 pull-ups for all those that support me and my Bar-Barian family.

@@autorlando_sport A lot of ladder sets (10 to 1 [10,9,8,7.. till 1], or even 15 to 1). Sometimes tried max reps for sets, a good rest between sets to you feel ok for another burst and consistence plus patience, man

That's not Full ROM for most of the reps... don't say it's because it's endurance, you can lock out anyway. Quality over quantity, that's the "religion" of this sport.
