I went through this, she was practicing Muslim women and we divorced after a year, she used every dirty trick in the book, broke court order after court order. Stalked me, threatened me via her family withheld access to our child, yet I was accused of abuse and had to prove my innocence which I did, but it took 3 years to clear my name, she even accused me of forcing hijab on her when she was already a hijabi before we married, and now 5 years later she's on all these feminist podcasts saying how she was abused, controlled ect even though I was able to disprove this in court, I dunno, 5 years later and shes still so toxic

I want to thank you, sister, for allowing this dialog to happen and to not get caught up in the gender dynamic that exists in this situation. Do some men make false allegations and Parentally Alienate their children? Yes!!! But those small exceptions don't negate phenomena and especially make the phenomena equal. This is done by women to men because women have the advantage in Western Family Court. Even when women are guilty of perjury, no real consequences are given. If anything, many judges say that they can't put in jail the mother because who will take care of the children that she is poisoning against the father. It's a disastrous circle, where the wicked wins and the cries of an injust system that it's the only system that they have. I also want to emphasize that our religion is used against men led by the selfishness of sisters. These women don't care about staining their religion for personal gain. This is our reality in the West, and men can't change this. It must come from the women around sisters who are going through the difficult time of divorce.
It’s so hard to even tell anyone about a father not seeing his children. Even dear friends won’t help or even acknowledge the fact that a woman is deliberately not allowing a father to see his children. People who know it’s wrong are just watching the wrong doings but will just watch the fun and drama. They are naturally nasty people out there who will not help but will still want to be your fake friend. No one will have the guts to tell the woman to let her husband see his children. It’s heartbreaking 💔

I feel for young Muslims today. Some not all come from overbearing overprotective families who see their sons as the Golden child and hence they become narcissistic. Many are simply too scared to speak out against the marriage in fear of disappointing their family or being kicked out. I know someone who has brainwashed her kids against her ex husband. The daughter idolised her father but now this same daughter hates him and says he’s dead, I haven’t got a father. The son is very angry and has no confidence as the mother tried to turn him away but he rebelled and took it out on his education and family life. He has spoiled all his education and has no friends, no relationship with his father and a hateful relationship with mother. She still hurts him and throws comments like you’re useless, you’re a loser. He gets kicked out constantly, has no education. No motivation and is going from low paid jobs . It is heartbreaking to see as they live nearby. Lots of friends know she is at fault but they support her and help her not let kids see father. It’s hatred , pure and simple and nasty attitude to see someone hurting. It’s like a show to see someone humiliated and a good show for them. I hope Allah punishes all the supporters of people like this too. Karma will get them.

@@zuhasbekillin3461 oh ok. The husband and son don’t have any relationship. The husband has moved on in his life and remarried and has another child. The ex wife is still bitter and has not allowed children to see any members of the extended family on the father’s side. Although she lives in the same town and even 2/3 minutes away from her martial home where she used to live near hers husbands family. This is weird as she wanted to stay near her ex husband ms family but not allow children to speak to them. I suppose the saying if keep your enemies close comes to mind. She is a very bitter and nasty person, has no education and is a benefit scrounger. Has no shame or interest in building bridges although she was the one who called police on her husband and got him falsely arrested. Scratched and tore her own clothes and said it was domesticat violence. So much stuff she did but no one believed the husband and she went down the appropriate channels and got away with it. It’s such a shame that we know the truth and can’t do anything about it. The husband has left the area and moved completely away. Started a new life . He had to as he was mentally exhausted with not seeing kids and having house and car taken off him. She wouldn’t sell house as well. Didn’t want to resolve and move on . Was always blocking decisions and making things difficult. Not bothered about shame or embarrassment. She did everything to destroy someone mentally and emotionally. Such an evil person.

My children has been taken away by the father. He had not allowed me to see my children. The fault was his affairs throughout marriage (paying kid) he got confronted and didn't like the truth so like a crowd disappeared for few years only to come back and take my children out of revenge.

The statistics are clear, 80% of divorces are filed by women with the leading cause being money. It's men who are the victims of divorce, not women. Woman almost always get the children unless they are seen as a danger or the children are an age where they can chose the other. But yeah if cheated on you and didn't let you see your children he was an oppressor he will answer in the akhirah.
