I have the same machine but mines is pink. I’m having problems with the bobbin. I seem to be doing everything correctly and it’s giving me an error message E5, and I don’t have the guidebook I would’ve loved if you would’ve shown step-by-step how to do the bobbin.
Sorry to hear that. You can download the user manual from Brother, the manual for this machine (support.brother.com/g/b/manualtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=hf_cs80eus). I've already broken down this machine, so I can't do any video for this machine now, sorry for that.
Where the bobbin sits make sure it can move back and forward slightly and it stops moving at the halt postion. So basically the bobbin MUST move a little while in the holder using your finger.
