I am under the impression that the rotary blade works with all the SDX machines. I did a search to make sure before I ordered it. Hope so, because I also ordered the fabric blade and mat and have already received them. 😉I have the SDX 125e

I couldn't find any videos on RU-vid that explained how to make these projects (like the Name Garland or the Flower Basket Quilt). I don't know how to sew but I'd like to try, I just can't figure out from the pictures what to do

Courtney, TY - I have learned so much. I want to put fusible fleece on my cotton fabric and then have the SnC cut out. Should I use the rotary blade? Also, should I leave it at normal or fine? TYIA

I didn't see how you would be able to save all the designs in the My Collection at once into the scan N cut??? I have an SDX225. I sthere a way to do them as a batch or do you have to save each one individually?? Thanks!

If you are doing applique with the designs can you send the shapes to your computer and use simple applique to give you the stitches you need or to your luminair to make the stitches? Love the video have the rotary blade but haven't had a chance to use yet.

Hi. That’s great. But I got the blade included with sdx 330 but I didn’t find any activation code to register it? Are the patterns already included on the machine? If not What do I need to do to access them pls? Thanks for the great tutorials.

If I want to cut a specific image out of a piece of printed fabric (a Nutcracker for example) and I want to be able to fuse it to something else later, how would I position the fusible side on a mat so that the image is visible when it is scanned without the fusible messing up my mat. Or is that even possible? Hope that makes sense! 😀

Because of your videos, I decided that I want to purchase my machine through your company...BUT...when I checked the website, the model I decided to buy (SDX 125) is $100 more expensive than it is through any other site, including Brother's site. Is that a mistake on the All Brands website? Thank you so much! Please know that I absolutely love your videos, they are so informative and enjoyable.

Hi Courtney, Which will work better with leather, faux leather, and vinyl the rotary or fabric blade? Of course the material will be 3mm or less in thickness.

How did you manage to get your scan N cut to read a zipped file? Nothing comes up. I transferred it onto my usb like you did, but my collection doesn't show.

I unzipped it on my usb stick and it worked okay. I still am unable to transfer this file to my scan n cut via wifi. I usually use my canvas but it doesn't seem to read anything though on canvas

@@allbrands1976 yes, I have been able to send things from canvas to my machine. But unable to send from my computer to my machine. My computer is a desktop, and is very old so thinking about it I don't believe it has wifi. But that wasn't my problem. You seemed to out the zipped file on your USB then plugged it into the scan n cut without unzipping it and that was my initial question. But fixed now as I unzipped it first so works fine now 🙂

It is the best cutting device available on the market, provided by the worst selling and pricing policy ever. brother Company failed in the sales model provided with addon parts avilabilatiy and features (that desabled) in the canvas workspace. It also implemented a hostile policy towards the possibility of using the product on more than one device, as it forces you to buy independent cutting blade for Each machine !!
