That system is awful anyways and results in people exploiting it and having the husband's life ruined. Rather, the concept of a mahr (dowry) exists.

Yes, our scholars are lovely, allot wisdom in what they teach, and really help sort out problems in your life with their teaching....I literally do listen to them for hours...Good at problem solving and sorting out defects in our personalities by teaching the Prophets teachings...

@Cre.02 What Jesus AS as a Prophet was right, you can not get to Allah swt without accepting him as a Prophet, does not mean he is a son of God or God. To get to God, you can not reject his Prophethood. Like when Satan rejected Adam AS as Prophet and viceroy on the Earth, what happened to him, Allah swt rejected Satan. So the jews at the time attacked Zacharia and John AS so Prophet Jesus AS had to make this point to them, that you can not worship God but reject him and disobey him as a Prophet Hence, the punishment of destruction of the Temple. We cannot go around rejecting Allah swt appointments. If Allah swt appointed authority over us. Otherwise Allah swt could of made us all see God himself directly and we all could be messengers. There was reason that He (swt) did not, to make sure there is one authority on Earth, so decision making is easier and lies are not spread.

100% agree with what he said, I’m not muslim and I debate with muslims, but hes spot on. Majority are doing it for show, only the minority try and live by the good positive virtues. Follow what u want, but then try do it properly and with humility ❤
I’m not religious (don’t really believe in that stuff) but I live a lot like this. Don’t drink, smoke, gamble, stay mindful and make sure to be thankful for every day I get. I live a more Christian life than a lot of Christians do lol.

I’m not atheist (As they are so anti religion they are a religion in themselves.) but this short clip which I found while researching where the “ew brother, what’s that?” audio came from, has made me appreciate the non evil, humble, respectful side of the Muslim culture. The portion of Islam that chooses to be evil, violent, and against all people that don’t wear their shoes should take note of this wise man. Be humble, be kind, respect others. I’m now tempted to listen to the whole hour plus of this speech, to see what else he has to say.

Im agnostic but have really struggled in the last few years and ive been really tempted to maybe go to church and find some sorta direction in life. I feel everyone can reflect on this message, non-muslims also, because its about living life respectfully, and being actually humble. I will definitely keep this message in mind in the future x Very inspiring, not at all what i was expecting as the origin of the meme.
