Also important to note is how to calculate if the opponent is already fatigued. Your formula works only if N is the times fatigued but including first time. if the series of fatigue isn't the first one, then the formula becomes this: X = N*(N+2*y+1)/2, where X = damage, N = times fatigued now, y = times fatigued before. Example, your opponent is already fatigued 3 times, and you fatigue for 5 times more, that will be 4+5+6+7+8 = 30 damage. or 5*(5+2*3+1)/2 = 5*(5+6+1)/2 = 5*12/2 = 30. This might not be as useful, but if we're talking formulas, this is the proper one. Also, if you haven't fatigued before, and y is 0, it will be the same formula as TheKimpula mentioned. Cheers

I would check out firebat if you want Mill rogue. He plays a lot of weird decks, including mill rogue.

The new card curator is an auto include in this deck with a guaranteed coldlight draw. It can draw you azure drake too.

Just linked out to previous mill videos from several months ago, that we mostly did when the channel had less than 10k subs. I think most people might be interested in watching the timeframe when Savjz was spamming mill rogue and mill mage, and this link them to popular videos from back then. Anyway, I only did it for ~10 seconds and also put in a skip annotation for people who weren't interested. Hopefully it wasn't too intrusive. ~Mike

If a user clicks on a RU-vid video, she wants to watch it. She doesn't want to watch other videos before watching the video she clicked. You're making the users watch an ad within the video, possibly after she's watched or skipped a RU-vid ad. Skipping the second ad is the same as skipping a RU-vid video (and also requires annotations to be on). It makes much more sense to have the links at the end, where a user has seen a video, and wants more of Savjz/ the current deck. The user doesn't want to jump to the start of the video to click on other related videos.

yes but once you click away and dont finish the video at the end the uploader doesnt then get that view as far as i understand it. also its called free ad blocker ..

it's actually pretty good... the second your opponent (any class other than warrior) leaves any minion with 6+ health alive so that it can attack the next turn, and you have 1x power word shield, 2x divine spirit, 1x inner fire, you have a guaranteed OTK. even a minion with 5 health can do 28 damage but yeah a minion like priest of the feast or even oasis snapjaw (more likely to be ignored by opponent) can do more than 30 dmg in one turn. take priest of the feast, that's [(6+2)2]2, which is 32. you play the minion the turn before so the whole combo can actually be done by turn 6. pw: shield costs 1, divine spirit x2 costs 4, inner fire costs 1. actually the other interesting thing is that this incentivizes the combo priest to play shitty cards like stormwind knight or power word: tentacles. the stormwind knight allows 28 damage with 10 mana, without needing a minion to survive on board. the power word: tentacles just allows you to turn ANY minion except something with 1 health into lethal. it's normally a really bad card for the cost (8 stats for 5 mana, compare to blessing of kings, 8 stats for 4 mana. the rationale is that priest's hero power makes high hp overpowered because healing your minion after trading can be basically like another class trading and replaying the same minion for only 2 mana, but this doesn't mean much in fast games) but this is one application where it's actually pretty good. having one in the combo deck, along with one stormwind knight, is actually not that rare because it increases the combo's overall versatility. the stormwind knight allows you to perform the combo even when the opponent is removing everything you play. the power word: tentacles allows you to perform the combo even when the only minion you have on board has 2 hp. because it's 2/6 of stats, when you play it on anything with 2 health, it's equivalent to the priest of the feast + power word: shield combo. the reason this is advantageous is because the opponent is more likely to avoid your small minions, and very likely to remove your priest of the feast since it heals you with every spell. that's one of the reasons oasis snapjaw and tournament medic have been played in the deck-they are such garbage minions with so much health that opponents don't want to waste face dmg by killing them. but these cards are less useful when you don't have the combo in hand, so it's better to use the tentacles and just play minions that priest would play normally. you can't rely on the combo-it's only a few cards that aren't in a normal priest deck, so you can play a n'zoth resurrection deck or a dragon priest deck with just the few combo pieces. in dragon priest it works really well with book wyrm, for example. but the tentacles allow you to get lethal even if your board is just one twilight whelp. as long as the minion has been ignored for one turn and can attack, the combo is possible, so yeah there are ways of turning really bad cards into really good cards. i've played a ton of priest and, while this is just my anecdotal personal experience, i've had better win rates with the inner fire combo than with velen/malygos. i think this is because the deck doesn't need to run a ton of card draw. it has a ton of minions rather than a ton of situational spells, so you don't NEED to draw your combo asap. you can just play for board control and damage until you draw all your combo pieces. still, you don't want to have a hand with just combo pieces and no minions on board so you need to have at least as much card draw as a normal priest deck. i.e. 2x northshire clerics and acolytes (especially because they work with tentacles too) and thoughtsteal. but you never end up in situations where you can't use anything in your hand because you're basically playing dragon priest, n'zoth priest, resurrect priest, or some combo thereof. you end up winning a lot of games without even needing the full combo. since you play for board control, one PW: shield, one divine spirit and inner fire often works since you only need the 16 dmg at that point. but you tend to draw messier combos so you may end up using 1 tentacles, 1 divine spirit, and inner fire on your book wyrm for 24 damage even though you only drew the first divine spirit. that's the advantage of tentacles, it's just so versatile. this type of priest deck completely relies on having minions on board rather than drawing into spells, so it's obviously better to play the midrange style than the removal-centric control style. your minions also need to be at full health to pull off the combo so you should run either holy novas and circles, or justicar trueheart.

the reason running a ton of removal, card draw, and aoe is bad is because this strategy doesn't just do an OTK from hand with a specific set of cards the way worgen OTK did. it does an OTK from basically any board with the right activators in hand. so there are 2 differences, basically trade-offs: 1) you can't do the OTK from hand, though with stormwind knight you can do 28 dmg from hand or 32+ with the coin or emperor. but this is not the point of the deck. 2) you can perform the OTK with a wide variety of cards, so while it has one prerequisite, (having a minion on board that can attack that turn) it's a lot more versatile than worgen OTK. it's got the potential to OTK a lot sooner than worgen, it's got a lot fewer bad draws, and it can win without even doing the OTK. so we aren't even really considering this a combo deck. it's a normal priest deck but with a very high amount of potential burst damage. the best you can get with just damage from hand is done with velen, but the cards that enable this combo are really situational, so every turn where you have most of the pieces but are missing one of them is a turn where you're doing very little or hero power+passing. the advantage of the minion OTK deck is that all of its combo enablers are disposable and help with board control, or are minions that represent value over multiple turns, unlike damage spells like mind blast. the one combo that is even close to as versatile as inner fire is auchenai + mind blast x2 + flash heal x2. this is a 20 dmg combo which is great, and auchenai and flash heal are both very versatile cards that can help us survive or help with board control. mind blast is not at all a versatile card but we can't have 4 flash heals in the deck so that's as good as it gets. the only way priest can do more damage than this, strictly from hand (like without getting malygos from barnes), is to discount more than one card with emperor thaurissan. even just discounting velen is not enough because you need embrace the shadows to enable the flash heals. so there simply isn't a better priest combo in my view. i think the reason the spell damage combo is consistently more popular is because it feels less janky, and it's enabled by legendary cards. the inner fire combo just feels so much like the worgen combo, sort of dirty, and without the advantage of armor. but pound-for-pound it is strictly a better combo. even without a minion on board it does more damage than velen or malygos can even come close to. the stormwind knight combo is 28 damage for 10 mana. velen can only do 20 damage for 10 mana without thaurissan discounts. but that doesn't mean its reach is better, because if we use thaurissan with stormwind knight we can get even more damage. stormwind knight is just 1 power word: shield. if we discount just one card we can play two shields to do a 32 damage OTK instead. it's just not necessary most of the time so emperor isn't THAT useful. compare to velen/malygos where emperor is almost 100% necessary. and if we discount all the cards with stormwind knight, the best possible combo becomes knight + shield x2 + tentacles x1 + divine spirit x2 + inner fire (that's 3 + 0x2 + 4 + 1x2 + 0). 9 mana if we discount all of them so we can afford to not discount one of them to do this absurd combo. that is an enormous amount of damage, just saying. that's (5+2+2+6)*4, which is 60 damage. there are very few combos which can do 60 damage in one turn with 7 cards. it's also completely unnecessary, but yeah lol, this is the only priest combo that can do it so it's really the only priest combo that has enough reach to beat a control warrior. and the best part is you get to run it in a midrange deck, without relying on having all the right combo pieces. it's certainly not a tier 1 or even tier 2 deck but the win rate will be over 50% if you know what you're doing. in the current meta the resurrect archetype is the most powerful since it contests aggro/midrange really well. but dragon priest and n'zoth priest should still both be capable of beating 50% with a few cards replaced with the desired OTK tools. the OTK already works with so many minions already used by priest. all priest decks have a cheap 6 or 7 health minion, and all priest decks have 2x power word: shield. so at minimum you're adding 2 divine spirits and 1 inner fire, and at most you're adding 2 spirits, 2 inner fires, 2 tentacles, 2 stormwind knights. maybe an oasis snapjaw since it's probably the most ignored minion in the game. theoretically you could even play this combo in a silence/purify deck, where you play a card like mogu'shan warden and silence it to remove the taunt. obviously without charge the combo depends on your opponent not damaging or killing the weak minions you play, and taunt forces them to kill the minions. so your combo minions should never be taunts, like twilight guardian or mogu'shan warden, even though they have the perfect health stats for the job. but yeah silence might help with that, a silenced mogu'shan warden is even more likely to be ignored than an oasis snapjaw. but if you silence your own taunt, any really good, experienced player should know what you're up to and play around it, because there is literally zero other reason to silence your own taunt, unless you're about to overdraw i suppose. so yeah i've been rambling long enough i guess, i could go on even further, but maybe i'll just build a new deck with inner fire again and post some videos of the gameplay.
