Surprisingly, Mill rogue seems more viable than ever. There aren't TOO many ultra aggro decks, and skulking giest is not only great to help thin out the enemy deck, but ALSO it MURDERS Jade Druids! :D

None, I don't think. But the 3/2 weapon is good enough to run 2, and it is an extra 3 damage if the enemy doesn't have taunt

The immunity is the same, but there are a lot of advantages. You can immediately attack with it, it doesn't trigger secrets that would remove it or the immunity aspect (e.g. Snipe, Potion of Polymorph), it can't be destroyed unless your opponent has a specific card against weapons and it has multiple charges. It's infinitely better than Violet Illusionist.

The right answer is that you can use it as early game removal. That's why you play two of it as the first one can help you against aggressive decks. If you don't have trouble against aggressive decks, then 3 damage is the only upside and it is not necessary if you don't want to craft it yet.

My biggest issue with the deck is the lack of pretty much any healing, I think swapping a sap and Valanar for two Farseers would wield better results

Moonstar30 vavanar provides healing and a taunt, I would say a sap and thalnos as I find him ineffective as the two swap outs if you do

But Sap is great ! Thanos provides card draw which is somewhat required for the games where you do not draw coldlights early on. I would go so far to get rid of one backstab and one evisceate for some sort of healing. Backstab only kills small minions (which are not your real problem) and you do not go face with eviscerate very often so a well timed sap that kills/burns a minion should have more valkue than an eviscerate. Just my opinion. If you disagree share your opinion with me :) Edit: Thanos also makes your one fan of knives way better against a large low hp board so I really do not want to get rid of Thanos.

haha earlier this morning i thought i was the only one with this idea :P, pretty much the same as day9 except i have two mistress of mixtures in place of where he has the glacial shards. also run a thistle tea and a mimic pod.

MeAnd SomeRandoms I never have a problem drawing my coldlights as my deck works so well at controlling the board (I only play wild though when I play mill) and I find fan less effective than birthing pod which I swapped it out for

He has 4 and he doesn't need the minions. Shadowstep is discount and vanish is removal/stalling. Why pay extra for a minion with no advantage?

Day9, I've missed you! After losing interest in Hearthstone a long time ago I stopped watching any HS related content including your show, which was a mistake. It's been months or even a year! 1:27:13 I guess some people can't read emotions, it must get so annoying with people just assuming things about you the whole time and then announcing them as fact to everyone regardless of whatever you do. Especially with social media like twitter nowadays, where people may not have seen the original content/context and just go on the comment that random person has posted about you. ( I know this is not a true example of that, but I was just amazed at how Day9 seems to be having a great time, enjoying the deck, talking about all the fun he's had in the past few days. Then someone in chat is like oh you seem down dude you ok?)

Day9 makes the statement that the deck is "awesome." Suddenly the conversation becomes about how awesome this deck is :/ Real Talk? Deck seems strong against control decks, but weak against "wide" zoo decks that have adequate spot removal. Net result: it'll get you above Rank 10, but not good enough to reach Rank 5.

It's ait against zoo, 65% winrate against zoo for me. You can def reach rank 5 and likely play it in legend. Mill has never been this strong and people have gotten to legend from 25 with nothing but mill rogue before. It also fits great atm. You might wanna check it out on your own; Now's the time! I went from 12 to 4. So you're wrong.

Eeh, Mill was pretty strong in the LoE days. I'm not sure if this is stronger than that. While geist deals with the ever popular Jade, now there's dead man's hand. While fatigue warrior is not a very popular deck at the moment the simple fact it exists means that, just like when MSOG came out, mill rogue's win condition is entirely meta dependent. Fundamentally that prevents it from achieving true greatness.

Looked first two games. He misplayed in both. First game was to have ended 1 round earlier, without falling dangerously low on hp. Misplay in the second game at turn 11 was fatal. There are better mill rogue players to watch.
