Ingredients
6 medium onions
1 cup or 190g of brown lentils
2 medium tomatoes
1 knob of garlic minced
2-3 tbsp of berbere (you can add more if you like it spicy)
1 tsp or 2.20g of ground cloves
4-6 tbsp or 60-80ml of oil
Salt to your test
2 ½ cups or 625ml of boiling water
