I cannot stand these damn things, they're seemingly impossible to keep out, and no matter how many you kill comes another. I have an AC in my windows and it gets pretty hot to a point where I cannot sleep and these things get in somehow. I cannot stand stopping what I'm doing just to kill 1 million stink bugs. It's so frustrating as soon as I kill one literally another shows up seconds later inside my room. All I do now is look at my window and wait to see if a stinkbug gets in so I can spray or vacuum it.
@@realSimoneCherie No, I live in the East Coast. And I found a solution. Me and my mother and I put up this shrinkage storage plastic we used for clothes on my entire window and it seems to be doing the trick. Though I had a few stinkbugs and other smaller insects manage to get in on a few occasions, for the most part yes it seems to be working. We taped the plastic around the window and on the edges of my AC so I can still have air in my room without needing to sacrifice my AC just to get these annoying bugs out! You can try and see if this helps for you I understand how annoying they can be!
They don’t bother me when they aren’t FLYING IN MY FACE- getting me all paranoid- I can’t. Ones right next to me and I stg- if it comes flying at me, I’ll yeet it across the room. sEnD hELp.
I feel same way but found a solution-keep door closed and windows but hurry in and out door n spray around them and over porch or doorway area....as they wait there for door to open and hurry in so fast ub cant see them....
Put about an eighth of an inch of rubbing alcohol in the bottle and swish it around every time you catch one in it. It will coat and suffocate them. After you get so many, you can dump them and rinse with water and put some new alcohol in.
I've been told many times that stink bugs don't bite, but the reason why they are one of my biggest fears is because they are terrifying and they are unaware of what is in front of them, making them easier to land on you. Of stink bugs didn't fly, I would be less scared of them.
I am on the war path in Massachusetts I just moved in a house with stink bugs.. trying all remedies to keep them out what about Garlic and hot peppers? and Dryer sheets.... they say they hate them.. and maybe having the Chimney cleaned-Jo-Ann from Mass.. I am very scared of these bugs
I was reading the comments to see if someone would say something about it making their vacuum stink. I accidentally vacuumed one up and it stunk up my vacuum. Never again. I'll be trying the bottle method. I'm grabbing toilet paper or a alcohol wipe hoping it doesn't fly at me. Lol
@@RednailVal we just discovered that they definitely don’t like the heat from the hair dryer. We opened up a couple of spots and shot the hot air in there and they came crawling out. You’re right, they are everywhere!
OMG over the past 3 weeks I have found like 5 of them in various places in my RV. I can't find where they are but I don't think these are strays......How can I find where they are hanging out?
I dont get why you would freeze the bugs to death. Thats cruel and disgusting treatment of one of Gods creation. I understand if you have to kill a pest but to purposely torture something living? I don't get that at all.
I was with you on the first sentence. But then you lost me. I live in a "Stand Your Ground" enforced home when it comes to uninvited a-holes that smell bad, fly around like they're drunk, smell bad, walk on and in your food, make pets sick & smell bad. I don't even like invited guests with those qualities. Uninvited = death. And if word gets out and makes the victim's friends think twice then torture is on the menu. However, I'd like my frozen food to not taste like it's been in an enclosed space with a bunch of stinky corpses, so I like to CA glue a dozen or so of them to sticks and jam them in the ground near their points of entry. They can spend their final days letting their pals know what kind of resort I run.
