If I got salted butter can I use this for baking instead of unsalted butter? I am very keen to try your recipe cos I have failed a few attempts trying to bake butter cake. Thanks.

This cake resembles a Victoria sponge cake, originating from england. There are many variations, some without toppings on top of the top sponge, some with icing sugars on top, some using eggwhite, some using baking powder. In conclusion, its a very simple delicious sponge cake to bake.
