Brownie Cookies are super chocolate chip cookies that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Prepared quickly from available ingredients.

If desired, finely chopped nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc.) can be added to the dough no more than 20-30 g.
The dough can be prepared the day before, kept in the refrigerator.
Store cookies in a closed container for up to 7 days at room temperature.

Ingredients
Chocolate 50-70% cocoa - 110 g
Butter - 35 g
Flour - 50 g
Egg - 1 pc (50-55 g without shell)
Sugar - 60 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Baking powder - 2 g
Salt - 0.5 g
Preparation
1. Grind dark chocolate.
2. Combine butter and chocolate and immerse the bowl in a container with hot water. Melt and stir until smooth.
3. Combine sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
4. Combine an egg at room temperature with vanilla sugar and regular sugar. Stir until smooth, increase the mixer speed to maximum, beat into a light fluffy mass for 3 minutes.
5. Combine with chocolate mass, stir.
6. Add flour mixture and combine until smooth.
7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, maximum for 24 hours.
8. Form balls from the mass, weighing no more than 35-40 g. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a non-stick layer at a considerable distance from each other. Press each one slightly, giving a flatter shape.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convection for 15 minutes.
10. Cool on a wire rack. Hot biscuits are soft, but after cooling, they become crispy on the outside, while remaining soft on the inside.
