In this video we will see how to make brownie recipe in Tamil. There are two types of brownies fudgy brownies and cakey brownies. This is the fudgy chocolate brownie version of the recipe. Brownie is a much denser flavor, chewy version of cake. This recipe can also be made in pressure cooker and you can follow the instructions to set up the cooker in my previous videos.
My preferred way of eating the brownies is to place two brownie pieces in a ceramic plate, microwave for 30 seconds and then place a scoop of ice cream on them. And enjoy this brownie with ice cream. If you have a sizzler plate you can make sizzling brownie as well.

I tried it today with little changes..very nice Steffi...the changes I did was I used 100g of 90% dark chocolate with 1.5cup of powdered sugar.Remaining ingredients in same measurement as u said.It came out good and fudge like texture.

200g chocolate 100g butter 200g sugar 3 eggs(one at a time) 2 tbsp coco powder (optional) One pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 130g maida Nuts or choco chips if you fancy :) Bake at 350F for 25 minutes and Enjoy!

Hi Steffy Hope you are doing fine. I tried making this yesterday and it was a flop show. The batter was too dense may be and it did not cool in the middle. I didn’t have a 9” pan though. I used the exact measurements and temperature of the oven 😞

Hi Steffie .. I followed exact measurements as u mentioned except for vanilla extract.. i did it in cooker and it came out really good.. it tasted awesome but somewhere I felt something missing. It tasted more like chocolate cake than brownie.. am I missing any consistency? Or is it usual this way if I use Cooker?

Instead of using eggs try using Curd (1/4 cup). Brownie turns out more dense, unlike chocolate cake.

I used broad size pan so took 30min,175 c preheat for 15min,ad bake time 30 min , if u took small size the cake dense will b bigger so baking time took 40to 45min
