Yes. The song is heavily produced. It sounds like they put Nicci in the back of the room and she yelling her part of the harmony and is the loudest. And that's a compliment. She was really the standout. Her voice was strong, powerful and heavy.

Aminah A Her husband murdered her. Tried to pass it off as an accident. Nobody falls on glass and cuts their throat. They had a history of domestic violence. He literally got away with murder. Nothing in this world will ever make me believe that was accidental. I'm still heartbroken...

Damn I feel old... I feel like my parents felt when they talked about the 70s, when I talk about the 90s. But R&B today really does suck. It's not just us being nostalgic. This music had real emotion behind it. Today's R&B is flat and too explicit. Anyone can make a song about straight up sex romps, but can you harmonize well enough to invoke real feelings in the listener? Today's music will never make my hair stand up like this music.
