I was going to court and Karen took the kids but then I laid my eyes on the beautiful, totally original, Cuprio. My family un-disowned me and my mother took the kids from Karen and gave them to me. I then became the CEO for Apple, Microsoft and Samsung. I became richer than bill gates. I also became the president of the world and sent Karen to Mars. Five stars on everything. As far as "how can skeletons have genders", male and female skeletons actually are different. Female pelvises, for example, are much wider, and male skeletons tend toward larger skulls and more prominent eye sockets.

Exactly. There are fucking dragons and sentient trains in Cuphead, it shouldn't be that hard to make something a little more original. All you really have to do is think of a theme and go with that (example: an ice themed boss)

It's a relatable trait. Most people who turn to a solitary hobby, like art, are introverted people. Plus it's an easy "cute" trait. But really you see a ton of hyper-happy, cocky-cool, apathetic-edgelord, and suave-flirt, type characters too. Shy is just among that group of basic-personalities that appeal to beginners, so it's also everywhere.

I don't get why certain characters(mainly Cuphead ones) have such specific ages. Like, a thing about old time characters, like Mickey Mouse, Donald, Goofy, etc. Those that Cuphead is based on, is that their age is kinda loose and unfixed.

So, for the most part, most of these OCs you reviewed tended to get around an '8' in terms of overall score. Since it's a total of 15, a 7.5 would be the average, so it seems as though most of these OCs would be simply average or just barely above average. I think that's reasonable. Most of them were admittedly decent; not special, but decent. So you were very fair in your reasoning.

It's a really good character. I could see Rootbeer as a cousin to Mugman and Cuphead. I don't even do character descriptions for my characters unless they are in a story .
Probably because a lot of people get bullied and they want to make the character relatable, or that part of the character's backstory is a reflection of their own past

Get ready to want to die, cuz I have Jjba ocs ;))))) However, I spend days upon days, making sure I make original yet fitting designs and study the aspects and physics of the existing franchise, just to make sure I don't break any fundamental laws of said franchise. She learned to stop a common problom that happened to her.
Desire is an important part of a character because it give them a reason to live. Ask yourself: "Why does It Exist?" Whatever comes to mind first is great! For example: It just something you want to make for fun so their desire could be to Appease its Creator/Keep them Happy/Prevent the creator from Killing themself OR a pony who want to stay clean could have a desire to Make the World a Clean Place, simple! Ash from Pokemon has desire to be a Pokemon Master or to be the Very Best. They are vague desires but creates space for stuff you want add to develop your character as there story continues... Like every single episode of Pokemon...
You can also do this in reverse. Create an environment that requires a task to be performed, and then design a character to perform it (possibly reluctantly)
