My maintenance procedure of BRS-3000T. This video covers disassembling, inside cleaning, O-ring replacement and so on. I think the structure of this stove is very simple so maintenance is easier than others. But please always rememver that all is self-responsibility. If you are not confident, you should not do it. Serious accident might occur by only one miss in operation. Anyway it is very important to check gas leaking before use this stove.
If these contents help someone even for just a bit, it's my great honor.

Can a hot burner endanger the gas insert? The burner gets very hot during operation and I am afraid whether it is safe...

A proper FKM O-ring on canister fitting will protect you as much as possible. It is very dangerous to use silicone rubber or NBR.

Thanks for all the info, I have noticed the body gets very hot right down to the thread, will this not cause an issue with the gas cannister over heating? I dont like to use it for more than 5 mins at a time.

Hi. My testing has shown that dangerous overheating extends to: 1.Melting and leaking at O-rings made of weak materials other than FKM Viton. 2.Canister damage due to continuous use in an environment where the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius.

The O-ring on mine has a slight "cut" on one side from the internal thread by the looks of it. Stove works fine but better safe than becoming dead crispy meat i guess.. Don't know how to use the replacement O-ring 😔

I think thermal or physical damage has begun, what you need is a little courage and small tweezers. If your spare O-ring is correct, just put it on where it was. Damaged O-rings try to destroy humanity.

when i screw mine onto the can it sprays fuel out until i get it on tight, replaced oring and still does the same thing, do you have a solution for this issue? thanks for the awesome video!!

Hi. I know that..Its quite one of structural defect. This stove has no outer sealing settled shallower than canister o-ring like other stoves. If you have to avoid a brief leaking, a SUITABLE length of sealing tape (needs heat resistance enough) will help you. Before putting BRS on, I would suggest to make a sealing around the screw on the canister. However, it's need to clean both screw thread each time to use.

Speed is your friend. Hold stove with left hand and canister with the right (switch if a leftie) and after the screw thread is engaged twist quickly. I saw many people using the dominant hand to twist the stove and that doesn't work as well because of various moving bits on it.

saya merekomendasikan P8(1.90w, 7.80i.d.) dan AS005(1.78w, 2.57i.d.). FKM! FKM! hanya FKM! jangan pernah menggunakan NBR atau silikon atau bahan yang lemah secara termal.

Unfortunately no. But I bet I will cause tumble down disaster with small canister and this BRS by weak tolerance of the gravity.

Hey bro , when I first used my stove , it had a strong flame then a min later the flame died is it the can I was using ?

Hi, From your story, on the premise that there is no structural collapse, leakage might be going in your 1 min. If gas smells from somewhere on your BRS even though valve is closed, it is need to check all sealings, I would disassemble first.
