Now I see why Yale law has been having so many problems recently. Even the professors couldn't speak in 2011. I find it amazing that a man who can't string half a sentence together without three "uh's" or who's train of thought keeps jumping the track is able to denigrate ex President Bush (praise be to term limits) for not being able to read off a teleprompter.
