@@rewmoo1805 dragon flag is advanced because you need excellent core and legs strenght i think and many people took a long time to master it and even in just 1 attempt their core is very sore

ok-this is SO NOT a flex. But if I can do 20+ minute planks every day (and I can) - should I really still be doing them? Or... perhaps maybe I should change something? I just dunno guys. Really. Any tips much appreciated. (Also, I have a visible 6 pack, but my lineus alba isn't as VISIBLE as I'd really really like it to be. Is that something I can train? Or is it all down to genetics?
