This was camcorder footage of the original which was on a small screen.The original which I've seen a small bit of is in color with sound.The last I heard it's owned by Robert Lee but he won't release it.

Look at that energy this guys always moving. Running water never grows stale. I can imagine the shock when they heard he died because he’s more alive then anyone how can he be dead.

I've got this footage on my VHS , when Bruce is showing kicks to James Tien Bruce accidentally falls on the floor he quickly looks at the camera, still it's priceless.

I think it’s poor quality footage in a private collector’s hands (or even Robert Lee’s) which has been filmed surreptitiously by camcorder. You’re right: if whoever has it released it to Arrow or another company that cares it could be restored to the best quality, published and it would be a win win for everyone!
