Bruce is the absolute best. Such a wonderful leader and ambassador for Auburn Basketball and Auburn University overall. We are blessed to have him be a huge part of our Auburn Family.
Yes, Bruce we love you. Just keep ignoring the trash-talking by your players, the technicals, the agitating. The Dennis-Rodman like style of play minus the 15 rebounds per game because we love winning most of all and we are willing to tolerate anything to get the W.
War Eagle. Loved watching this team all season. I hate more for the players and staff that it ended early. As good as this team was this season, I can only imagine how strong they will be next season.
Explain why you didn't sit down or suspend CBM for at least half a game during the year. This was a persistent problem with Chad. He admitted that. YOU Bruce Pearl just admitted that. 5 or 6 technicals this year. I really like CBM. Great player. likeable kid but BP and Steve should not be deflecting and putting this all on CHad. Alot of the talk has been about how BP let this kind of stuff go on all year. Ask other SEC teams. BP likes to coach hard, He wants his players to take criticism well. Time to do the same yourself bruce
I just don't get it. Bruce Pearl is the best thing that has happen to Auburn Basketball since many years and the fact that he has come out in a presser to defend his team and coaching is beyond ridiculous. Appreciate what you do have today, tomorrow you might not have it. Thank you Coach Pearl and the Auburn MBB team for a good season.
BP is underachieving right now, that's why Auburn fans are pissed!! Teams since the Final Four have been way more talented but what does BP have to show for it in the NCAA Tournament..... NOTHING!!!!! NOW ALABAMA IS IN THE FINAL FOUR!!!! It's tough to be an Auburn fan!!!!
BP forever!!! There is no better ambassador for this game and university who is a winner while teaching young men on and off the court to succeed. Love this man!!!
@FlawpyTawpy Really? did you not see what CBM was doing all year? He admitted he was the villian of the team. He played and talked dirty. Antics, taunting. He should have been taken out of some games. Bruce failed to teach that young man because Bruce wanted to win more than he wanted to abide by the rules of decency.
@johmsparks9708 no, it was about a whole season lacking discipline defining one game that ended their season. I Love Chad, I support him but BP was letting him get away with stuff all year. Maybe BP thought dirty play and agitation were good for winning. maybe he thought actually applying some discipline to CBM would cost him a victory. Sadly seems to be all about wining now
I wish KD would stay - I get he will still be off the bench - but he's is so good for us and I love watching him both on the floor as well as watching him cheer his brothers on the team - ALL of them!
