This always happens at Bruce Springsteen concerts. Before the concert a setlist is prepared, but the band's musicians must always be ready, because at a certain point Bruce goes down into the audience and collects some signs with the songs requested by the audience. Some requests are not Bruce's songs, but famous songs by other musicians, which Bruce may have played a few times, but whose key he does not remember. But it takes a lot more to worry the E Street Band, it only takes a minute and everyone is ready to play any song in a spectacular way

What an excellent observation about the joy on stage. Bruce and the E Street band bring that to every show. There is a loop where the fans feel the joy from Bruce and in turn Bruce feels the joy from the fans which is why his shows go on for almost three hours. And Bruce has always had an abundance of humility and a tremendous belief in himself and the band. It is a beautiful sight to see. I love your reaction and your lovely smiles!!

BRUCE has a huge catalog. You could listen to a different Bruce Springsteen song every day for a few months and never repeat a song. His live performances are a spiritual experience. I can’t recommend him enough.

The audience and Bruce and the magnificent E- Street Band become one joyous entity. Incredible energy flowing in a shared spirit! The concerts are unforgettable... absolutely unforgettable!!! Springsteen rocks! His songwriting is so relateable, the music engaging, and his mojo on stage is an irresistable magic that sweeps you in! Definitely react to more Springsteen live!

That one always brings a smile to my face also, glad you enjoyed it. Seeing Bruce live is an experience I have been fortunate to have five times - three with the E-Street Band, once with the "Other Band", and solo on his Devils and Dust tour. I think you guys would like one of his live performances of 10th Avenue Freeze Out here on RU-vid, the one from Live in New York is epic. Another song that I find very uplifting in his live performances is - Mary's Place, first saw this live in Portland on the Rising Tour. And how could I almost forget - Waitin' on a Sunny Day. And you don't have to react to these, but search around for some of the clips where he brings someone up from the audience to sing - some of the ones with kids are just a smile from end to end.

Aaaah you young thing! They know it from the original they grew up with on the radio, any rock’n’roll fan does. the E Street band supported Chuck Berry when he was inducted into the Rock’n’Hall of Fame, I think it was in 1992, so pre-Pulp Fiction. There is great footage out there, check it out.

Thank you so much for this reaction, amazing as always! I've seen Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band three times in Barcelona, and I can say that when you leave that 3-hour show, you never feel the same again. You feel a mixture of emptiness and fullness impossible to explain. I recommend you to continue this incredible journey discovering them, live. Some of my favorites are "The river", "Racing in the street" and "Backstreets".
