Every time I have to replace a solenoid, it's such a PIA. Wirenuts and stuff, what do you think about the male/female spade connectors in replace of the wirenuts?
Most solenoids operate at 208 volts. I'm not sure connectors like that are rated for that voltage and amperage. You might consider lever locking Wago type connectors. They should be rated for that type of application.
