Thats right! These have 2mm pinions luckily. For small cars sensorless 3000kv-5000kv is the sweet spot youre right brotha! There are high kv 2430 sensored i think might be the coolest

Some brush motors mostly found in brush buget basher motors are 2.3mm. These WPL and MN are 2mm i mean. Good topic and info thank you

Thanks bro! Yup you know it. Im about to see if it chewed up the gears. I need to order the steel transmission gears and then I think itll rip real good. Its crazy how far they got the pinion set on the shaft and they could have deleted the two pointless 2 level transmission gears. Should just be a simple as possible only motor pinion and a spur gear on the output shaft huh. I should have scuffed the shaft up first i forgot too

Idk why Surpass Hobby dropped the 9200kv, but AliExpress has the Xteam 2430 9200kv still $13

Make sure it has a 12mm long shaft, because a 10mm shaft will be too short

9200kv 9,200rpm per volt is discontinued, but 8200kv 8,200rpm per volt is available every app. Search, BL2430 8200kv motor. They are $15 and less

Maybe wait til you see it go with a larger 2440 motor I'm about to show
