Here's a complete yet far more compact travel guide to Brussels. From the railway station, head to the Grand Place. Walk around as much as you want. Shouldn't take more than an hour. Then head back to the railway station and head off to somewhere more interesting, like Bruges. The Atomium, the Mannekin Pis, absolutely not worth your time.
