I’m exempt you won’t see me wearing one that I put up and down lol. Def a Karen for sure can’t give her name or show you the job centres policies, I mean did they have any!!! Lol
Wow! The paranoia! What are they hiding? Gdpr breach was a scramble on the desk , ripping off stuff taped down! Lol SIA badge display got that one scurrying off to get it. Too late! Already breached policy. Doh!
We are paying hard earned tax money for this G4S Goons incompetence.... "Facilities manager " man in jeans and wooly jumper around 45mins was in breach of so many ways. Didnt identify, no badge, what a tyrant. The only one that was good was the bearded man. Polite and let you get on with it. He gets top marks. The others should be looking at the information of vacancies in the building. I wouldnt employ any of the main contenders. Fired on the spot..
As someone who is disabled and cannot go out it’s nice to see the information on the boards, as I haven’t been able to go to any job centre since 2010. So thanks for providing us info. Some were helpful especially surrounding action fraud and other help available to people.
I recently had the misfortune of losing my job of 10 years and had to try and sign on, if you're ever in South Yorkshire you should go to barnsley job centre, absolute thugs the security in there, terrible attitude towards people. I hate the big I am attitude these people have. Hope you're well brother :)
@@richardharries5825 yes indeed they do! and then they continue to repeat the rules they made up over and over and over hoping to beat you in argumentative attrition.
I reckon that facilities manager used to be a football hooligan in his youth.. or perhaps still is. He's definitely someone who likes to escalate a situation and intimidate people. Basically, a classic bully.
Why would a job center need security guards in the first place? ... Is it because of the ridicule and utter contempt with which they treat the members of the public who are forced into using their services?
@mid30sclassics70Or to sanction people at whim from what the law says they are entitled to. so as to achieve the job center staffs covertly set quotas.
Because they can treat you in anyway they want but if you use your voice they don't like it I said bleep ridiculous" and they called me by my full name it's like speaking to a brick wall they are so weird they want to have a dispute with your inner body part and make decisions of you
I remember a time in the early 1990s when enquiring minds were treated with respect. I was a young man and the jobcentre did fast track on contractual jobs to begin with. Now in the 2020s era the jobcentre is not fit for purpose. Everything is about "exact fit" and essential training for today's market is lacking. The staff in the jobcentre never talk to you respectfully like an intellectual.
Why is it that people are more than happy to declare 'rules' and 'laws' that they believe to be absolutely true, but when someone (such as an auditor) quotes the actual legislation, the other person reacts as if they're being spoken to in a foreign language... It's the same with the police, they'll give an order, and when challenged with the actual laws that they are supposed to police, they give sarcastic responses like "oh you're one of those, you know the law do ya? Google lawyer are ya?" - it's frustrating that they're so hostile to anyone that might know basic laws, which are freely accessible online and really aren't that complicated or difficult to understand...
Also they're so quick to threaten to get you arrested, evicted or jailed for some imaginary crime, then the actual laws being broken that are pointed out never get dealt with at all.
Wow such a corrupt world where people and organisations (underling the ones owned by the public) continue to design their own rules, regulations and laws on the very people they should be serving correctly.
Dude, you handled that PERFECTLY 👌 And on a deeper level, I've got nothing but admiration that you'd put yourself in that scenario, in order to protect our rights 👍
He was a complete wind-up person who got only getting beaten up afterwards, all he did was waste time and valuable time of the police on some silly experiment, not surprised WOC Holloway walked away, he should have too after walking outside when the building closed - GO HOME!.
@@jacksugden8190 The Job Centre staff and police wasted time, not him. They could have let him film and he would have been gone. They handled it terribly and turned something trivial into a major incident. The only public area that restricts public filming that I am aware of is a court, for which there is a specific statutory prohibition. Otherwise, people can film in public areas, provided the filming is not harassing.
@@TomRogersOnline Interesting point of view, as we live and learn, I used to work in a dole office under different circumstances, not just dealing with compliance and GDPR, never saw any issues with work coach screens facing the public, even later as a customer, now retired and a pensioner, so now in the past.
@@jacksugden8190 It's not a point of view. It's simply fact. I do accept that these auditors are not on as sure legal ground as they seem to believe, but the simple act of filming inside a public building is not in itself illegal or actionable unless it is harassing or in breach of the Data Protection Act, or accompanied by other offences or civil wrongs. He was doing nothing wrong in the video. If they detected him filming, they could have asked him to refrain from identifying service users, which would be understandable, and if they suspected he was doing so, they could have then asked him to leave. If I were a service user and I believed I had been filmed by him, I would ask him to ensure that he blurs out my facial image in any reproduction of the film. As long as he agrees, there is no issue. If he doesn't agree, then there is an issue and I would then report him to security, and if he becomes abusive, I would bring in the police.
Guy in blue jumper could have been anyone. Additionally he’s arrogant , bullying and offensive in manner . Alleging all manner of stuff. Probably an ex copper.
Government workers really need to change their delusional thinking! These buildings belong to the public, and the public are absolutely entitled to go in there unmolested with or without a camera!!!
Nice to see the job center staff under surveillance and scrutiny as a change, as it's something they do to job seekers every day.. they can get a flavour how it feels now.
I will be attending this Jobcentre in support of you and your channel on Thursday.... If you know me or my channel then you'll know I won't stand for this behaviour....... Keep tuned... L&A
It's because there at work and your not what part of that can you not comprehend they deal with every knacker under the sun in them places that's why they where cameras you don't need to be there with your camera being a nuicence simple as that
These job centers disgust me. You can tell by their hostile nasty attitude to the public how they'll treat people signing on. I bet they delight in stopping people's money. Horrible people.
I don't think the people are horrible, it is the institution itself and the way it is designed to operate. My partner had an interview at one of these last year and I found the person we spoke to to be sympathetic and helpful.
If you ever feel awkward while recording these videos just remember that lots of people support your work as you are giving us vital information. If I ever meet you I’ll be honoured to shake your hand. The people that appear in your videos probably think you are waisting time, you’re not. You’re exposing tyrants and ignorants. 😎👏👏👏
The only tell he was planning on violence and how het up he was, was all the arm waving and gesticulating he did as he talked to you which is usually a sign of trouble to follow. Couldn't take the loss of face in front of his subordinates in not being obeyed.
Only for his own protection, I would in the same job, not just security who wear them body cams, bus inspectors also along with police, even staff in TESCO wear them at checkouts.
Really enjoying catching up on your videos, you are doing a great job holding these petty bullies to account, they make up rules, based on what they like or don’t like regardless of your legal rights
God you are thick scum, part of the pea brained nobodies watching a dickless little prat getting his jollies from winding people up for no reason. Arsehole.
I am thanking you for your hard work ... sorry again that you got beat up while you went about yr business in a peaceful polite manner.... nobody should be battered while they are at work 😳😳😲😲
I only ever see auditors in job centres being hindered and have never met anybody who actually got a job there. The dumb security & staff is the only employment going on there.
Why would they need all the security guards? 🤔 Shocking behaviour taken place here, well done exposing this breach of our human rights. Their a right bunch of bullies.
You gotta love how instead of people doing there job to protect data they just complain that you're recording the data they've failed to hide like it's your fault and not their fault. It's their job to protect it not the public's job to not record it
Wow I wasn’t expecting the woman PC running away at the end there without speaking with you. My guess is they know they are in the wrong but can’t offer any plausible or intelligent rebuttal on camera. I admire your work and my sincere thanks to you.
Just watched part 2 of this video. If this is the same person in that video, and it damned sure looks like him, then he needs sacking and time away from "his manor", preferably in jail. Tell me that you complained and reported to Police?
My wife and I did, for 3 hellish years after redundancy. It was fucking soul destroying. We are both now pensioners and we can sleep a wee bit more soundly. I still have nightmares ...
They used to be places you could go and get proper help to get a job, those were the days when all the jobs were on cards and you took a card to a friendly member of staff who would then call the employer and arrange an interview. You know things have changed for the worse when they have more security guards than staff to help you find jobs
fucking horrible places. I had a brief spell of unemployment and the staff treat you like shit on their shoe. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and can be down right nasty. I secured a job, not through them, but by myself.
#Taxpayersalliance should hear about this. The TaxPayers’ Alliance (TPA) was launched by Matthew Elliott and Andrew Allum in early 2004 to speak for ordinary taxpayers fed up with government waste, increasing taxation, and a lack of transparency in all levels of government. No party was standing up for taxpayers and nearly all politicians were committed to bigger government, higher spending and secretive deals behind closed doors.
Ironic that the fool in the white shirt and shit haircut suggests the videographer should have something better to do with his time. Maybe he should find us all better jobs ?
@@powertotheproletariat 6 months on and I'd love to know how much a jump in viewers you have now compared to then? Best of luck to you mate, you're a national treasure :)
I am a public employee but this does not mean that idiots like you have the right to film me without my permission, it is a breach of my human rights to film me and then potentially put this on a public domain for all to see. The job I choose to do does not give anyone the right to film me and place on social media. You are determined to film people despite their clear lack of permission to do so. You are despicable. Why is it abhorrent for a public employee to not want to be filmed or identified...and you are now taking the piss out of G4S employee who actually has a job and contributing to public funding that helps fund this job avoiding waste of space...so we should not work in public service if we don't want to be on camera...most ridiculous excuse for continuing to record people against their will.
you rule the art of keepin cool and polite , thats for sure only wish volume on the video was a bit higher had to set youtube ,computer and my streoamplifier on max to hear anything

@@RustyLongPipe i think you saw a different video than me cause all you wrote was wrong beside that this is a early video and a lot of his videod have gone viral as he is very knowlegeble and own most uniformed morons he meet
something very sinister about so many security being needed to control an area that should be primarily concerned with helping and supporting people at the bottom of the pile ?
It’s my understanding that all job centres are private owed buildings that the government rent for use. Therefore it is illegal/against policy legally to respect their rules against filming. It actually makes perfect sense too. Now, years ago this job centre had its wrong ones, mainly the decision maker,,, but the staff there now are incredibly helpful! I’ve been in and out of here for years .
Your post is incoherent and reads like gibberish. Maybe you should have another try but use spell check and a grammar correction tool. Good luck with the English lessons.
How can a Job Centre display notices with a QR code a machine-readable code consisting of an array of black and white squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by the camera on a smartphone, then ban smartphones on their premises?
I am glad you started doing this. Much more sensible than AB who goes out of his way to wind people up, which I absolutely Condemn PTTP you have the Balance entirely correct, there is no need to provoke the Tiger, that Tiger will show it's own stripes (literally) if just you give it patience and time....Well Done Mate

i like the sign on the wall "we all want the same thing" * to be treated with respect * to be spoken to politely * to be safe in the office * odd they don't seem to think it applies to you too. the jobcentre lady reminds me of the monty python sketch where the knight keeps lifting up his visor to be heard.
There will never be any unemployment whilst all the unemployable are given jobs as security thugs! Amazes me how some wear masks and others don't. Sort of makes a joke out of the whole charade!
That guy in the blue top is a fug and a bully it seems like they're making up their own laws then want you to follow that ! hope he gets pressured by the public for his unprofessional conduct ! because he was giving it the Big One in front of the others. when it went the other way he got egg on his face and he didn't like it ? now he's got a big grudge on ! @@powertotheproletariat any updates yet-has he been arrested yet or even interviewed or are police saying they are understaffed at the moment so haven’t had the time
At the time of writing this, I have only just begun watching this video. I heard about it from watching TLA and I’m aware it does turn nasty. I’ve subscribed to you now also. The way you conduct yourself is impeccable so far. And you definitely know what you are allowed to do and have the knowledge to back that up. The way they instantly interacted with you was hostile and I can already see their bad intentions compared to other videos I have watched. I’ll probably comment again once the video finishes. Much respect. ✊
What rights when all that paperwork was on show to visitors, failed to see what he proved, he deserved a thick ear after hanging around after the building closed, should have just gone home.
You have never met me mate...I'm professional courteous and fair...I work doors in Edinburgh George st and most of the door staff in Edinburgh are good people...these guys don't have the door supervisor badge so can't touch you in anyway as they have had no training...and you can tell these guys are just clueless drones (I've met plenty)...we are not all like this (id die of embarrassment)
@@if3054 I get where your coming from though mate as I've encountered some dubious attitudes and intellects...but these guys on the doors wouldn't last the night...there are some big juiced up guys out here who wouldn't be as forgiving as the camera man in this...
The SOUND is really low , i have my phone on full and its still difficult to hear you , and its not just this video its been low of your ,s just a suggestion pal ,😀
Even when it was well within your rights to kick off, you took the time to educate them and create a public record and continued to show more respect and grace than they deserved. "You could be a threat to us" ... "Long way from home, innit!" ... "bit far to come?!" - racist microaggressions. Then threats, police call and then physical violence. Hateful. What a nasty piece of work. I hope you have recovered okay and that you get money in damages off this nasty thug.
One of the issues is that SO's undergo counter terrorism training which highlights hostile recon but the part of the training they forget is that in a public area they are to observe and report to the counter terrorism hotline. That's it, no power to prohibite filming. On private property or property covered by restrictions however they can, under certain situations they can also take your recording device. But in public accessible areas absolutely no way. On a side note the building manager is absolutely pathetic.
Under counter-terrorism training, the steps are to See, Check, and Scan. The check part is " the power of hello". The key first step is to speak to anyone acting suspiciously. NOT just observe and report. This is designed to help you understand their intent (likely not hostile) and to put off anyone that is hostile. Even public buildings only have "implied right of access". The landowner, or their representative (in this case security) can at any point remove your right of access. This can be due to breaking set rules they have (like filming) or any other reason that isn't discrimination. (Because someone is filming would NOT be discrimination) Security would have no right to take your recording device, at any point. And police in this situation wouldn't have the right to either. What's worse is the fact the police officer doesn't know the law and what powers are available to her or security. Just like the police do themselves, the auditor is saying it with conviction and they are believing what they are told. Once the implied right of access is revoked, and they have been asked to leave, they are trespassing. Reasonable force can then legally be used to remove the person.
I think you’ve done a great job here, you’ve even tried to educate the staff but sadly they have no interest. The Manager should be disciplined for her bad behaviour towards you and as for the facilities manager he should be sacked and charged for assault.
To all the youtubers out there, the whole point of these videos is to highlight dickheads that are deluded into thinking they have power over the public. Doing gods work.
There’s more to this “facilities manager” , that needs investigating. Arrest gives access to his home and computers. For sure theres a lot more to this fella than simply a public sector employee.
