I think the gym vlogs are great. As a viewer I suggest to make the vlogs a little more interactive! Maybe by adding what the workout you’re doing is onto the screen. That way the audience is on the same level as you are. And they could try your workouts along with you too!
Yoo long term gym goer here. KEEP THE VOLUME TO THE MININUM.(3-4 workouts-3-12 sets per workout)Cleaner reps eccentrics and go light 10-12 perfect reps is what u need try this once bro ur might never go back pump is crazy. Tendon damage to the minimum. Body building maxed . Good shit with the stretching before . Add a couple stretches to the end of ur workout for even more recovery benefits.
A chest workout would look more like flat or incline bench- triceps- rear delts. It might seem like not much but do ur reps perfect controlling the weight at all times and rmb the more weight to lift the more injury. I’ve been in the gym for 3 years so I learned through experience and injuries. Keeping ur body healthy and consistent is most important. U don’t wanna have to skip the gym for a couple months from an injury. Might be the worst thing that can happen to u as a gym rat. Unless ur bones/tendon/ ligaments/ joints built like tank then shi mb pimp. When ur coming down from a bench that’s the eccentric ur eccentric could be better. Any shakiness results directly to tendon damage since load is more than u can recover from. Aye just want to see more big Mexicans so here u go u can leave or take this.

Invest in a waist sweat band to help get rid of the love handles during your cardio session trust it works, also invest in BCAAs it helps with muscle growth and recovery, last do decline situps to make your lower abs syand out more!! But other than that you got it kev!!!
