I’m on my last month for my 5 month plan (just for spacing issues) and my teeth have gone through it! I started using a regular nail file after a month because the one they provide for you got wet and the sand paper part just peeled off lol. Also a tip that’s helped me is to file your gum areas on the retainer in advance for like a day or something so when you do have to put the new Aligners in that they’re already filed down. I found that every time I switched Aligners the cutting in my gums or tongue would happen in the same spots so I would just file down those spots on each new set. I haven’t had any discomfort in the gums since! I also always put my new Aligners in at night, it’s so much easier to deal with the pain or shifting teeth while you’re asleep :) honestly love these things and am so happy with the results so far!!

L.A. LIVIN' totally! I also take one Advil for pain before bed incase they really bother me. I didn’t see an improvement for the first 3 months until the 4th month it’s crazy... my gaps were huge! just small spaces in between my upper teeth but now I only have a tiny hole gap thing between my two front teeth and all the others are filled 🙏 I also carry a water bottle around religiously with me incase I crave coffee or something right when I leave the house for a bit. Saves $ on Starbucks for sure haha! Another side note I most felt my actual bite moving cause I had a tiny over bite to begin with. The bite moved for the first couple of months and when I clenched my teeth down together they are definitely all much closer together now. Weird but cool! I hope your journey works out well :)

Aww thank you 😊 so some of my pie would break or wouldn't fit. I contacted customer support and they adjust the schedule and then ask you to wear the next pair. I would just make sure to contact then so they can adjust that schedule

when you put the aligners in I was laughing so much. it sounded painful!! I'm sure you need your mouth moulded professionally to have aligners? im probably wrong lol, you're so entertaining! so weird you had to file the aligners! your teeth are already so so nice though! weird they got a hole so soon!!! they sound cheaply made! however I loved the online account and how you could see the 3D mouth picture! I loved this!!
