the drummer nils "dominator" fjelsström is actually the former drummer of another great black metal band from sweden called dark funeral another potential band for a reaction maybe.
I so wanted to like this but they needed to change up the rhythm a bit in my opinion. They kind of just played the same thing over and over. Not saying it was bad per say,it was just a bit to repeatable for me.
Side note: what gets me a little off when I listen to SOME black metal bands is the lack(?) of nuances throughout the song - blame my synesthesia and its constant need for tasting different textures 😂 lol. Nevertheless, I LOVE a good, tight, brutal song as THIS ONE!!! I'mma listen to more of their music. 🔥🤘🏾
