@@kingderpington6082 I mean HEAT projectiles above a certain caliber are not over pressuring thin skinned AA vehicles. A 50kg explosive going off directly on your ZSU would literally flower the crew compartment lmfao
@@aiden487 i did watch videos of the game at the time and know that a light vehicle touched by an apfsds at the most random corner would trigger hull break but hull break is needed for the game now regardless of faults
@harty_yt you could literally die to apfsds, and open-tops can eat 150mm HE. How is that better?? Overpressure isn't perfect but it's WAY more consistent (and realistic) than hullbreak ever was.
Business proposal for FTP War Thunder players: You give: Nothing You receive: Pain Business proposal for paying War Thunder players: You give: Money You receive: Pain
Pro tip: A LOT of ATGM launchers rely on you using proper sight over "out of cannon" sight. If you don't switch to actual sight, your missile overcorrects.
The fact that gaijin went to the effort of making the LOSAT, released it in a totally broken unplayable state, made ONE attempt at fixing it (which did nothing), then never mentioned it again is so funny lmao. They got their money from people paying their way through the event and turned around and said “fuck you, thanks for the money dummies”
Everyone cried about hull break, now look at the gameplay we have to "deal" with. You get to play hide and seek with the ammo or peak-a-boo with the crew.
It’s hilarious that there’s video evidence of losat missiles flying straight with a slight arc but y’know… gaijin in their infinite stupidity makes it completely useless
I love how Gaijin managed to make a kinetic rod the size of a stop sign suck, when it was already mediocre to begin with when the vehicle came out. It's one thing to nerf its close range pen and damage, but 1:17 is WILD. LOSAT sufferers
0:31 so it seems that the backblast of the plane hitting the ground over penned your hull which somehow ammo racked you? fk if i know but thats hilarious, he literally got the Kamikaze lol
Hot Take: I am actually happy that those ATGMs from Aircraft sometime doesn’t work right, because the reason I stopped playing high tier is the amount of CAS aircraft that are flying around and destroying anything. So many matches ended after 4 minutes, and I couldn’t even get out of the spawn area without being bombed or (laser) ATGM’d withing 30 seconds.
@@peosio96 To get to high tier, I had to fight U.S. 6.7. And it all started with that. I was happy getting Gepard with Radar, and I was looking forward to get the Ozelot. But of course it got worse at high tier. Now I have FlaRakPz Roland in my deck, but it often feels useless. And in my opinion, at low to mid tier, the CAS use got much more over the years. Even when playing US 6.7 - 7.7: I never saw Me 262 A-1/U4 (50 mm cnn) spammed like that. But at least with classic SPAAGs, if you play it smart and much training about lead and reading enemies, you have higher chance to protect your ground forces.
Bruh, it seems nothing the US has works the way it should smh ( and i am mostly a germany, USSR main ), it´s really sad to see the SU 25 being hard to kill and the A10 being paper, the mavericks not one shoting everything and the russian missels do. Abrams being easier to kill than the T series tanks. Maybe, just maybe there´s a little bias.
