I might have missed it, but Wrap in Vigor creates a regen shield, so unless all your creatures would have been destroyed, only the creatures that would have died would have been tapped.

Nah due to its wording it specifically says regenerate all creatures you control within the moment which technically just automatically taps then due to how the mechanic works

@@joselebron4438 No, it doesn't tap them. Regenerate means "The next time this permanent would be destroyed this turn, it isn't. Instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat." The creature actually has to be hit by a destruction effect or suffer lethal damage for regeneration to kick in and tap it. Otherwise, nothing happens. Only Lathril should've been tapped.

The mill from ruin crab would had mattered in the case of neon winning. Since he said he drawed Ezuri, it should had been in his graveyard.

Neon did fetch for a snow covered forest before his draw step so the library was shuffled. Though I still agree with it affecting the game because we don't know if Ezuri was with in the top 6 cards before the shuffle and also how having 6 less cards in the library would have change the arrangement of the cards when shuffling.

Was really pumped to see Human Aristocrats cuz after watching them last time they were on this channel it pushed into making my own Trynn Silvar ANNNNDDD it gets milled LOL. Pretty strange to kill out the Mardu deck vs the Elf ball but understandable because y’all know what’s in each other’s deck so. Keep up the spicy gameplays

Eyyyy elfball win! My Golgari elfball commanders are Kamahl and Miara. Figured having a mini Craterhoof in the command zone would work well with elfball and it does! Also only creatures that would be killed when having regeneration become tapped. Regeneration is such an interesting mechanic and I’ve learned a lot of cool stuff using Yavimaya Hollow a lot.

Hi awesome video yet again! I have one small picky thing xD Just wanted to note in the start you say "He'll tap the plains for a colorless to play a lantern" You cannot tap a plains for a colorless mana : ) And the lantern is generic mana cost not colorless. I know this is picky but also new players watching might be confused between the colorless / generic mana thing. So you tap the plains for white mana and pay a generic cost with that white mana. Colorless / generic thing isn't present in standard much so for a new player starting from Arena might not understand it so it's important to be correct on all these interactions : )

Very good catch. I've been playing for a very long time and I'm a big standard and modern player so I'm super used to the short hand used by players in those formats circa 2010 "before the era of true colorless mana". Just a feedback, the hand introduction could have bigger images of the cards, it gets hard to read some cards on mobile. A good exemple is MTG Muddstah as they take advantage of the whole screen

Even if Foley had managed to keep one card in his library after the Traumatize, Ajdin had a Petitioner and an untapped island to get rid of it. The bigger question for me is: why Foley? Was Adjin afraid of an aristocrat combo?

@@MTGTheStack If the eldrazi's cost is unappealing, there's also Gaea's Blessing for green decks. I prefer Ulamog because it doubles as removal if the game lasts long enough for you to reach 11 mana.

@@MTGTheStack I’d rather die to some elaborate combo that takes 10 minutes to explain than getting pinged to death by two every turn from the red players. My favorite deck to play against these types of players is a lockdown deck. Creatures can’t attack creatures can’t untap. You can’t destroy my permanents or even target them. I carry counterspells to stop any weird stuff. The aggro is basically forced to sit and drop creatures every turn that do nothing. I realize this isn’t very fun to play against so I only bring it out whenever an aggro player pissed me off. My favorite way to win is by drawing people out. It’s like... I’ve helped you draw so many cards over the course of the game and you still couldn’t win, so now you lose. Perhaps I’m the asshole. I’m that asshole that always plays with blue somewhere in their deck. Sometimes with a lot of counterspells and sometimes not. I get a massive hard on whenever I play a deck with zero counterspells and every player at the table still asks me if I have an answer.
