I think it’s pretty obvious why developers and new developments are criticized and regulated: The construction and change to any area impacts the consumers in a very real way. Agriculture and manufacturing of stuff we use take place often far away and so any impacts are out of sight out of mind. But development and construction takes place where we live work and play and we want to keep where we live work and play the sane if possible. And I get it, I would absolutely pay a premium to live somewhere charming and beautiful and is prevented from looking like some blade runner-esque Asian megacity that is deliberately kept that way. But I’m not so much going to pay a premium for goods and products that are manufactured or grown in a place that is expensive due to regulation keeping the production facilities looking pretty.

42:10 It's ironic that Ashkenazi boxer against socialism and political, statist irrationality, Bryan Caplan, gave the example of _'few Jews in boxing',_ currently or historically, because there have been many Jewish boxers who have achieved significant success in the sport, particularly during the 20th century.: Here are some notable Jewish boxers: 1. **Benny Leonard** (1896-1947): Regarded as one of the finest technical boxers, Leonard held the lightweight world title for eight years from 1917 to 1925. 2. **Barney Ross** (1909-1967): Known for his tenacious spirit and unparalleled skill, Ross became a three-division champion capturing lightweight, light-welterweight, and welterweight titles during the 1930s. 3. **Max Baer** (1909-1959): Baer's meteoric rise to prominence in the 1930s saw him capture the heavyweight world championship. 4. **Kid Kaplan** (1901-1970) and **Maxie Rosenbloom** (1907-1976) are also among the greatest Jewish boxers of all time. 5. **Yuri Foreman**: Known for his evasive footwork and keen ring intelligence, Foreman achieved a junior-middleweight world championship. Additionally, there have been famous Sephardic boxers, in the 20th century though a much more interesting example is that of the boxer, Daniel Mendoza: Often known as Dan Mendoza, he was a prominent English prizefighter in the 1780s and 90s, and was also highly regarded as an instructor of pugilism. He was of Sephardic or Portuguese Jewish descent. Mendoza played a significant role in the development of scientific technique in boxing, by publishing two books on the subject (‘The Art of Boxing’ and ‘The Modern Art of Boxing’) and by holding frequent public exhibitions. These athletes laid the foundation for the sport and have been an inspiration to many boxers descended from Jews and Christians. However, it's worth noting that in the middle of the twentieth century, Jews began to participate less in boxing.

📌Could you ,please, come back to the subject : "I am Canadian, I want to buy real estate in the US", yes your speaker at the time was unable to answer your question: I am Canadian, I am buying a house in the USA to make a rental investment (I want to buy a house not 10 houses...) how much tax do I pay in the US, how much tax do I pay in Canada? taxs on annual rents ? Yes we, like you, are "visuals" thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration.

@@JesseFragale ✔✔refer: investing in real estate from Canada (2 years ago) Imagine that you live on the border (like in Winstor Ontario), prices in greater Detroit are 50% lower and the rental yield is in US Dollars! Could you find and invite one or two Canadians who have already invested in a house (not 10, just one house...) with the aim of making it a rental investment: how much tax do they pay per month on this income? net rental, in the USA, how much to "Canada income"? ✔Well I'll give you the answer, if an "average" Canadian buys one (not two or ten) apartment in US from which he withdraws $1000 net per month, count $400 aside per month to manage the tenants & his credit, if he has credit . Boring calculus:he will pay $200 per month in taxs to the "US" and he will pay $150 "to Revenue Canada": total cost $350 in taxes per month, to which it will be necessary to add "the American property tax on the rented property, count "$200 per month", will remain in "the pocket of the Canadian "$450 per month", on the $450 he will have to pay immediately $50 per month because the bathroom will have to be redone every 4 to 5 years, in short there will be $400 per month left to pay for managing the tenants, his credit if he has a credit.
