I play on the ps5 controller pad too, I had to find some easier execution methods and refrain from tensing up during combos or intense situations to make it easier on my thumb. I was playing on arcade stick a few months ago before my mom's rat for a dog chewed up the main wire to plug in😒 I would just buy another but I want the HORI Alpha but bills are currently kicking my a**😢
Appreciate it my man, means a lot to me that you're watching these even though you don't play Bryan!! And yeah, I play on a PS4 controller and my hands are not pain resistant haha. In fact my hands have been in pain for a while now. Every once in a while, I have to take a long break, especially when making combo videos. Sometimes it hurts more, sometimes less, but I try to listen to my body and take a break when I notice pain.
the most fun I've had in a tekken game since tekken tag 2, i just couldn't get into t7 so i was going to finally quit tekken for good if t8 was going to be the same but nope they've really out done theirselves with this gem of a game, now im back in it. Hopefully the make a tag 3 soon that would be awesome😎😎😎
Law. How do you do the fake out spin attack? I accidentally do it trying to bryans homing spin kick. I noticed you can also do a low kick off that spin move. 9:36
Yo, you can do the spin low kick when you press b,df4 and you can cancel it if you hold back at the end, like this: b,df4,b. You probably did it accidentally when you held back for blocking and then went for df4 ;) Goodluck using it ingame!
I'm currently using the DS4 (PS4) controller. A while ago, I also played with the PS5 controller for around 3 months, but it broke, so I'm back to the DS4 again.
I have a button bound to 1+2+3+4, then I only need to press ub1+2 once and afterwards spam the button mapped with 1+2+3+4. This is a trick to perform Gattling Rush easily.
To be honest, I mostly freestyle my combos. I've learned how to keep them going in certain situations, like sidewall splats, but the rest I adapt in the match. I perfected this skill through making combo videos or just sitting in practice mode, doing combos repeatedly from different angles and positions. I gained knowledge about how moves behave through various tests when the game was released because I was working on that Bryan - BnB Combo Video, so I naturally tested everything. That's why I don't have any notes for you, man. But I could maybe make a video about things like that, for example, going through every move Bryan has and explaining their properties and when to use them in a combo. For instance, stuff like qcf4,1,2 works greatly against opponents who are off-axis, whereas b3~f2,1 would whiff as an ender. It's a pretty deep topic haha
