I think that T7 Bryan is slighty stronger. I used to get many CH launcher with Nothern Cross and SS1. I loved those moves. But I get many opponents with qcb1 (and with frame traps). I think they took all his CH away because they wanted to make this game very agressive. With his T7 playing styl he would have destroyed so many characters.
