Depends how good goku is at parkour, I think for more mainstream jumps goku would win considering his speed, but I think the parkour god would win with things like ice jumps where going too fast can cause you to fall off. It would probably come down to who goes first and the parkour god would have a slight advantage if he enacts the secret rule.
