That's why for the next album, Love Yourself: Answer, they ended it with the realization that the answer is to love ourself thus the songs with lyrics "you show me i have reasons, i should love myself" and "i finally realize so i love me, not so perfect but so beautiful, i'm the one i should love" from epiphany.. These guys are just different, they are amazing.. I'm not sure if i'm making sense, i think i'm babbling..😅
The song is part of the BU storyline. BU is BTS Universe which is the concept and storyline that cover throughout few albums. You should venture into BU but then it is confusing ,complicated but exciting.
People think we’re in it cause of their looks or superficial stuff, which is true for the first few hours or so cause we’re human and looks is what we go off of first….then you start paying attention to what they actually are and what they sing about. The fact that they’re all hot as hell is just icing on the cake😂 The amount of thought and detail that they (and their AMAZING team at BH) put into everything from their music to their reality shows to their concerts and specials has never ceased to amaze me…. The behind the scenes videos of the MV shoots are fun to watch too, if you like that sort of thing. We’ve all had some fake love at one point or another and this song is amazing.
Yeah, it's the lyrics in their songs that set them apart for me, and then the vocals, visuals, performances, and dance are just world class, and THEN on top of all that they are not arrogant or fake, they are humans I can be proud of.

I think it is an important message to young people. If you have to pretend being someone you aren't in order for the other one to love you. You can't be yourself and be loved for who you really are, then it's not love. It's not good, it will only hurt you. Never sell out and change in order to suit someone elses expectations.

One of my favorite part of BTSs music is definetly the fact that their lyrics really make you think. Think about the lyrics and the meaning, thinking about youre own life and youre experiences and at the same time it gives you kind of comfort, just comfort to know other people go through similar situations and experiences the same exact emotions in life. All of it is something we can relate to and seek some sort of resolution from. In short, they just have great lyrics in their music!🤭 Another good reaction from you, thank you!🙏 If i could suggest you to react to something, BTS did a cover of J.Coles "born sinner", they just wrote their own lyrics to it. Thats one of the iconic J.Cole song that i love and the version they made is Just as good, just with their story. Its named "born singer", if its possible to maybe do the lyric video first so that you really catch everything they talk about and then do a live after it. I think the live stage is a must to see, especially RM pours Everything out on that stage.🤧
Love yourself series is the complete journey about love. This series is my best BTS albums though all. All songs in album is recorded in order for the the whole story. If you listen to the songs through album, it tells the whole story of love. How love started, how love change oneself, how love can be wrong, how those wrong love distort oneself, and how to find the way to love oneself. The whole journey ends up figuring out how to love myself to truly love others. I recommend you to listen and read the lyrics of the whole albums, especially - Love yourself : tears - since this album is about how ‘fake love’ effect oneself. The album starts with ‘intro: singularity’ which tells you something is wrong in the relationship and the anxiety, then finish with ‘outro : tear’ which tells you how fake love relationship destroy oneself. I’m like you where I discovered them through different songs out of order, without knowing about how they were all interconnected with a running story and repeated symbolism. Hi Toro 🐈😸 The MV is a piece of art, choreo is killer. The live versions of this is amazing. But what gets me is the message it's the lyrics it's deep. There's many theories that you can get from it but no matter what every person gets something out of that message. They don't miss.

This fake relationships don't have to be just between men & women. It can be you & yourself, you & your parents and you & friend and so on. Since you were noticing chocolate bars, in BU J-hope is abandoned at the amusement park with one snicker bar by his mother when he was a young child. This shows his traum. Each members show their past trauma (i.g. fire and water.....). They are crazy detailed with props, dances, lyrics and everything is there serving some purposes.
Aww! That's exactly what i felt too when i watched their mv. BTS have a way with words right? It's not like other artists haven't written on the same message but the way bts write the lyric is something else, and it really pierces through the heart! that's for me at least. For a lot of mv you should look at an explanatory video, well, it can even be confusing for some because it's part of the BU (BTS Universe), it would of been probably better to start at the beginning instead of random videos because the meaning are deep.
