BTS lived together for about 10 years before all getting their own apartments around 2020. Jin once said they spend 360 out of 365 days a year together. They are extremely close since the hardships they endured to get to where they are now they only had each other to rely on (and ARMY, of course). Their company was very small when they were trainees (only about 12 employees) so there was little money to spread around and they often went without necessities. These humble beginnings have stuck with the members and even during their lives they show that they are just normal people. Often their live streams show them cooking their own meals or doing their own laundry (Jungkook had a stream recently where he was just folding his laundry and he had about 14million people watching). These young men are kind, humble and extremely talented. We love them for a reason and they give us amazing talent, love and support in return. The fact they still receive racist comments and hatred baffles me and makes me weep for humanity. Please continue to share your BTS journey, I am enjoying your reactions and insight! Borahae! 💜

Hi dear. 68yo Army here. BTS lived together for over 10 years...starting off in one "bedroom" in the company office building to four bedroom dorms where Jin and Suga were roommates, Jimin and J Hope, RM and V, and the baby of the group, JK, had his own room. That's how they do it in the Kpop industry...sort of like a boarding school. Up until this year Korea used a different method of calculating age and even though Jk said he was 15 when he left home to be a Big Hit trainee..in international age (what we use) he was actually only 13.

In Korean culture, you never call your elder by just their name. It's always "Jin hyung" or "Jennie unnie/noona." Respect is SUPER important in Korea.

BTS have lived together from 2010 (RM & Suga) until early 2022. They have indicated on many occasions that they are incomplete if a member is missing. 💜💜💜 They have a true brotherhood and deep love for each other. Quick note Jungkook was actually 13 when he joined. Korea had a different age system until 2023.

All members have solo songs within the BTS albums as well as solo projects. They’re all given their time to shine. They have done a lot more since this video both as solo artists and as a group, unfortunately they have started their mandatory military enlistments and won’t be together as a group now till 2025. 😢💜

@@kai_mastersjust a suggestion if interested (take it or leave it): I recommend reacting to their Mixtapes/solo albums in order of release because it shows their growth as people and artists…RM (has three), Suga aka Agust D (has three), Jhope (2), Jimin (1 album with some singles insides bts albums), V (solo songs in BTS albums, yet to release solo album), and Jungkook (has solo song in BTS albums and yet to release solo album) *All members have solo songs in BTS albums *majority of the members have singles, OSTs, and covers I recommend doolsetbangtan for translations (the website also explains Korean references) and Dial 6137 has some pretty good lyric videos Sorry for so much info

I hope you will continue this journey known as BTS. I am a 69 year old who discovered these amazing young men on Sept. 13, 2015 (yes, I remember the date) with their song Dope. Something about them peaked my attention, and I wanted to hear more. 8 years later, I'm still here. There's so much to discover about them that will keep you entertained for yearas. They are extremely talented, hard working, kind and VERY funny. They've also made me cry. I have never seen anyone like them. I love all 7, but will admit that Jimin is my bias and JHope is my wrecker. Enjoy your journey.

Fun fact BTS is the only kpop group so far where all members have charted on the billboard hot 100 chart as soloists and Jimin and Jungkook are the only kpop artists (aside from BTS) to hit number 1 on that chart. Gosh this video is only a little over a year old and so much has happened with BTS since this video was made. Jin released a solo single, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, and Suga all released their solo albums, Jungkook released a solo single and a song for the FIFA World Cup, not to mention numerous solo collaborations with different artists. V did a reality tv show, Jin performed his song with Coldplay in Argentina, Jungkook performed during the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup, J-Hope headlined Lollapalooza, Suga had a solo tour, all their solo brand deals, a surprise BTS song for their 10th anniversary and of course Jin and J-Hope enlisting in the military. Honestly I'm probably forgetting a lot so I apologize but feel free to add anything else to my comment, trust me it's not my intention to leave anything out, it's just a lot.

So Jungkook was only fourteen when he came to the dorm. The younger members were all in school still, so the older members took care of them - cooking and packing school lunches… driving them to school and even helping with homework apparently. They are closer than many families with a beautiful bond that is free of toxic masculinity. My friend is a k-producer who has worked with many celebrities and doesn’t like many. But, he only has good things to say about BTS and says they are very kind to his staff and hardworking, humble young men. Enjoy the BTS rabbit hole.

- One thing Taylor didn't mention is that ARMY is an acronym for Adorable Representatives MC for Youth. Doesn't sound quite as daunting, does it?! 😂 - They've lived together up until last year when their dorm's lease was up combined with upcoming military service. You saw where they started; if you want to see where they ended up, they actually filmed the MV for Life Goes On in and around their dorm during the pandemic. Fun fact: LGO was released on my birthday at the height of the pandemic. Best birthday present I've ever gotten! 😄 - Taylor did an amazing job with this intro however there's also a much darker side to their story and I would suggest that you watch XCeleste's video BTS Hardships 2013-2021 (linked below) as well. It's not a fun video but it'll give you a great insight into their story and goes a long way to explaining their quite unique and close relationship with ARMY. - The fictional storyline aka the Bangtan Universe aka the BU is an impressively intricate and comprehensive story that includes a lot of MVs, short films, notebooks, a webtoon and even a mobile game. XCeleste has made a really good summary/"cheat sheet" (linked below) and that alone is about an hour but it's really worth watching and will bring a whole extra layer to their videos and artistry. If a MV has confusing imagery you can check for the words "BU content" in the description and you'll know exactly why. 😅 - Vlive has been integrated into Weverse after Taylor made her video. It's a free app where they go live, post pictures/statements and respond to ARMYs. Fanclub membership is not a requirement. - The historic Wembley Stadium in London seats 90,000 people and BTS was only artist no. 12 to ever sell it out and the first Asian artist ever. Took them approximately 90 minutes to sell out not one but two concerts there. Yeah, we call getting concert tickets the Hunger Games... 😅 - a danish ARMY, age 47 💜 BTS Hardships 2013-2021: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EdY6wnLsetQ.html BTS Storyline Summary 2020: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2-DEu3ZJtEU.html

BTS songs Dynamite, Life Goes ON, and Permission to Dance came out during the pandemic when they couldn't really perform for ARMY. Dynamite and Permission to Dance were more uplifting songs that they made to uplift people's spirits during uncertain times. Life Goes On MV was actually directed by Jungkook and was obviously written about the pandemic. The MV is a true masterpiece and it's amazing how they were doing things normal people were doing during the pandemic. They're so relatable.

Thanks for watching; glad you enjoyed it! Of course, their music is incredible! What made me a true ARMY, though, are how amazing they are as people and their relationships with each other. And, the fact that write and produce so much of their own stuff is really cool. I might suggest holding off on reacting to Butter and Permission to Dance for a while yet (they were a few of the Billboard #1s you wanted to see). They are GREAT songs, but not really indicative of BTS as a group. They, like Dynamite, are all English and super 'poppy' as they were released during the pandemic to help lift spirits. So, just know that when you get to them :) To be honest, it's very likely you'll hear and recognize 'Butter', as a lot of reactors do. I think the 2021 Festa Room and NPR Tiny Desk concerts (both live) would be great for you to see next. Borahae!

Love your reaction video. One thing about BTS is that they are one of a kind. No one can duplicate them, they have tried and failed. BTS is a family, they are brothers more than members. There is no competition energy, envy or jealousy among them. They are over protective of each other and support each other especially in their solo projects. It’s beautiful to see their relationship. I personally believe it’s all due to the time they spent living together they lived together more than 10 years. They shared that small one bedroom for a few years and then had an opportunity to move out and get their own homes but chose to stay together so they moved to a bigger apartment. A few years later again the opportunity to move out came but again chose to stay together until 2020/2021 when they each got their own place. Groups are not known to do this and I believe this is one of many things that makes BTS brotherhood so different and right. They each bring something unique to the group and it’s beautiful to see thanks to all their videos online. Fun fact, RM does not have his drivers license and last we knew he gave up on getting it and it is why he uses a bicycle. Suga worked odd jobs to earn money to help his brothers during their trainee years. J-Hope did not rap when he joined but learned with the help of RM and Suga. I love his energy and his dance skills as much as his voice. Not sure if you caught it but Jin did not sing or dance when he was picked up at a bus stop to join BTS. He learned both and his voice is so powerful. JK was actually 13 years old when he joined. Korea used a different age system up until this year. That is why he thanked his brothers from raising him. I believe he is a manifestation of all six of his brothers and you see it in his work. V was hidden due to the CEO not wanting another company to recruit him away from BTS. It was not because of V that made BTS seven. He was the sixth to join but was hidden as a secret weapon and was not revealed until the day before they debuted. V is also the only one currently who has acted in a drama from BTS. He also did a reality show recently with two of his best friends who are actors. He also did a “In the Soop: Friendcation” with his friend group that gives more insight to him and his friendship with the Wooga Squad. Jimin vocals are unique and so powerful but his dance skills are also powerful. Him and V are both 95’s and finished high school together. They have such a beautiful friendship and their connection is something else. They also love to annoy the other members 🤣. I love how Jimin loves on his brothers and is always making sure they are ok. Now when it comes to the fans. BTS loves Army and make sure to let the world know that. They are protective of Army just as Army is protective of them. Army has seen them when the world was against them to where they are now. As you dig deeper you will see it and understand more. You can also see that BTS will always mention Army first when receiving their awards. They acknowledge that it’s thanks to their fans they are where they are. They still remain humble and have not let fame get to them. If you watch their Run BTS episodes, Bon Voyage or BTS In the Soop you can discover more about them as a group and individually. Currently we have two brothers in the military and we are waiting for the others to join. We can’t wait for 2025 when they will be back together. I will say this, their live performances are one of a kind. So thankful I got to see them live last year in Las Vegas, it’s one concert I will never forget. 💜 Can’t wait to see more reaction videos! 💜Borahae💜

I love how RM categorized the percentage of their Success, instead of saying cliche things like "Oh I'll give 100% to our Fans" He mentioned Everyone who is behind their Success, n thts a Great Leader right there. BTS don't fake it, like many other Artists do. n Even tho BTS is the one who made Army and their small company This big by their Hardwork, Amazing Music n Lyricism, he still gave themselves a small portion of their Success when they r the one who deserves the most, thts why I love BTS 💜💜

Hello! You asked how they found the time to do all that they've done. The simple answer is that they've worked incredibly hard for the past 10+ years and have sacrificed a lot to have accomplished what they've had. In their memoir, they mention how they got 1.5 days off per month, and that was years into their career. They have said that they have spent more time with each other than with their families of origin. In the early days, they would sleep maybe 4h a day, some of which might be naps snatched in between schedules. They are very driven individuals of course, but they also have a great sense of responsibility and loyalty to their team (both the members of their group as well as their surrounding support staff). Few human beings would be able to sustain such a pace. At least some of it was driven by wanting to take advantage of opportunities, but I suspect some of it was also driven by fear of failure. They're now entering the military, and I imagine that there's not much in there that would be more punishing than whatever they've experienced. The two members who have already enlisted have done so well that they've been promoted (possibly fast tracked) into instructor roles. They certainly have much better work-life balance now, and one hopes that now that some of them are entering their 30s, they're finally able to catch up on at least some of the kind of life experiences that regular 20-somethings would've had.
@kai_masters
@kai_masters Год назад
Wow! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I figured that they didn’t have much free time but I love how they have so many diverse hobbies to keep balanced in life. I definitely wouldn’t be able to keep up that pace as I need a lot more than 4 hours of sleep! I can’t believe some of them are nearly 30! They still look so young! 😮

They were formed around 2010 to 2012 and debut as BTS in 2013 so they were young teens to late teens and now it’s 2023 so they’ve been together a long time with age ranges from youngest at 25 to oldest at 30 years old. They look young because of Korea beauty care of their skin and in kpop industry, kpop groups are known as idols and they are expected to look perfect with no blemish so a young appearance is expected.

BTS is a 7 member group who is now in their 10th year with a 350+ track discography largely written and produced by the members themselves conjoined by their inhouse producers. The leader 'RM' has 210+ credits making him the youngest most credited artist in Korea and the rest of the members are not far behind. BTS is known for being extremely profound at articulating what they introspect and composing it into the sound they with their artistic knowledge believe will deliver the emotion of their lyricsm. They began with their roots in hiphop but have experimented their way into currently having above 10+ genres in their discography with the main being hiphop, pop, r&b and electronic, but majority of the time its a fusion of these genres, or their subgenres. Like latin pop, old school hiphop with boom bap, rap rock, dance pop, ballads, emo hiphop, jazz etc. Since they articulate so well, their music is very human oriented adressing extreme mental health issues (all they way from comforting, motivating, to eery delivery with raw mvs that youtube asks for viewers discretion), sociopolitical commentary etc. Their discography shows the growth from school boys to the tribulations of youth, to addressing temptation, to reaching maturity, to loving onself, to finding the core essence of the mind (i work in the field of psychology and i have yet to find an artist that is as profound as bts in accurately potraying psychological themes) to fighting the pandemic to now doing solo albums as each of the bts members complete their mandatory military. They will come back as a group in 2025!

Wembley Stadium has seats in the stalls for 60,000 people but used to take up to 120,000 people including the pitch area however due to some rather scary moments with people nearly being crushed and fainting our Health and Safety laws were altered. So now it's only allowed to hold up to 90,000 people maximim. I've been at Wembley many time's for concerts and was at the second night of BTS concert were we sang 'Forever We Are Young' to BTS. Not many bands or artist can sell out Wembley Stadium just for one night however BTS sold it out for 2 nights. In 90minutes all tickets were sold out. BTS sell out the biggest Stadiums in the world over and over again. It's become a complete lottery to get tickets. So far individual concerts has also all been sold out eg J-Hope now holds the record for the largest number of tickets sold/attendence to his solo concert at Lollapalooaz USA. It was just over 120,000 I think if I remember correctly it was 120,089 tickets sold. Plus it was live streamed worldwide. Suga (aka Agust D) is the only Rapper to hold a solo tour of the US that made over 30million US Dollars every night was completely sold out.

BTS members have gone live with ARMY for years, it was not just diring the pandemic. JK streams a lot lately, one time he fell asleep and millions of people watched. Also about 10 million people watched an empty chair as JK popped away yo the bathroom for a few minutes and same when Jimin did on one of his streams. They cook, chat, sing, fold laundry, just like we eould chatting with our friends during a call. They are all just really amazing human beings and fantastic role models, not only for the youth but us older ones too. I now think about others more, making time for people even when i am busy at work. I feel more calm and collected in myself, less rushed and take my time to do things to a high standard. I am learning Korean for fun and have taken up piano again. I reflect more on myself and look for things i like about myself instead of focussing on the negatives. Their songs like Spring Day helped me through tough times when my Dad became ill and passed away. 5 minutes watching them behind the scenes or a Run BTS episode and I am laughing, they are so therapeutic to watch. BTS was formed in 2012 and debuted in 2013 before the debut of 6 members except V introduced himself through a vlog, V is a member hidden by Bighit. because bighit is a small company they are worried V will be contracted by a bigger company before debut that's why V was just introduced to the public when BTS debuted. V being introduced at debut was also Bighit's strategy to have a big impact on BTS' debut, because everyone only knows BTS 6 members on the RU-vid vlog but when they debuted it turned out they had 7 members.

Fan engagement is REALLY what separates Kpop from Western artists. In the Kpop industry, they have what's called "Comebacks" which is when the group is ready to release an album and they go all out to promote their music. Not just late night shows, but groups will engage with their fans via WeVerse, Instagram Live, V-Lives, etc. They do fan signs and they REALLY engage with their fans, and this is why fans adore some kpop idols. It's not really about the music anymore but they really let us in to who they really are. Sure some of it's fake but groups like BTS are one of the most genuine groups out there and I think you can see why. Since they started from nothing and gained a following through their RU-vid daily blogs, they connected in a special way with their fans.

Their work ethic is over the top. They are also very supportive of each other's solo work they view it a artist development because they have to plan everything themselves but can access to help from their company if they want it ( they all hold shares in the company) They can also go outside company for help with their solo work if they want to. They talk about what they've learnt from their solo work with each and with ARMY.

Also as you get more familiar with kpop, each group has roles for their members and you'll hear terms like Main, Lead, and Sub. For example, almost all groups have a leader (in BTS it's RM), main vocalist, main dancer, main rapper, lead vocal, lead rapper, lead dancer, visual, etc.

Often they were brought to tears or anger after they did shows where other idols were due to the treatment they received. XCelest's video that was suggested earlier in the comments will explain some of this in more details. Thank you for being so open and giving the guys a chance. So many people blow them off as just "another boy band" and won't listen to then because of that. You have a lot of fun and surprises ahead of you and I look forward to seeing you explore them. Hope your week is a great one and we'll see you soon. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😄

@@kai_masters I think they got picked on because they were like the poor little kid in school that gets picked on by the "in crowd" just because they dress a little different and don't have as much as others. They were constantly told that they weren't going to make it and that they should go ahead and quit. The dressed differently from the other idols. They were originally a hip hop group and they dressed tougher than the other groups. You'll see if you watch some of their beginning stuff. Everyone knew that Big Hit, their company, didn't have much money and in this industry money talks. They were unable to buy airtime when they were on TV so shows weren't interested in them and wouldn't focus their cameras on them. it really didn't even have anything to do with the guys personalities. It was just more of a case of "the haves" picking on "the have nots". Once they started getting a fan base others started getting jealous and went after them because of jealousy and that is why they are still getting attacked to this day. It really got bad at times for them but ARMY has always been there to show them love and acceptance. That's why BTS and ARMY are so tight. Like I said, watch XCelest's video about the hardships it will help but it more in perspective. 😊💜

Some of their best live performances are Magic Shop, MTV Unplugged (Blue and Grey, Coldplay's "Fix You" cover, and Telepathy), 2021 FESTA, 2019 MMA award show, Outro Tear, and definitely please react to some of their Japanese songs. I just want to clear something up you might've misunderstood. RM is the leader of BTS, but he's not the main vocalist. When it comes to the leaders in kpop it's more like being the team captain of a sports team. Jungkook (the youngest member) is actually the main vocalist but of course they all have their moments to shine, there is no Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, or Beyonce of the group. So when it comes to kpop groups each company will have around 20-30 trainees and over time (training periods can be as short as a few months or in extreme cases as long as 10 years- the average is usually 2-5 years) they will train them in different areas such as rap, singing, dancing, acting, media training, language (if they don't speak Korean) and then over time they will form the group. The beginning clip where they are handing out flyers is from the reality show called American Hustle Life from 2014. BTS came to LA for 2 weeks to learn more about hip hop and at the end of the series they do a small concert for 200 people for free, so they were promoting that concert. Who knew 7 years later they would have 4 sold out shows at SoFi Stadium (the same stadium where the Super Bowl was held in 2022) with over 200,000 people in attendance.

This was a great video, hope you continue your journey discovering BTS, they really are the most humble, hardworking and talented group of guys I've ever seen. The South Korean Idol scene is a bit different from the Western music scene as they create these groups and then they live together and train together for years until they officially debut as a group...even after debut they live with each other. They have since started living by themselves only a few years ago. There's also another great video by Rice Squad called The Most Beautiful Life Goes On 2023 updated version. It goes more into detail about their discography and how the group was formed. There's also an excellent fan made documentary called The Rise of Bangtan, it has tons of Chapters as well as deleted scenes and bonus content which gives you more details about the Kpop industry as well as what the guys went through as they got more popular. 💜💜💜

BTS has endless and countless content between the members solo songs and as a group. There’s more to the story of the member line-up and V being a hidden member than I’m seeing in the comments. “BTS” wasn’t originally supposed to be a 7-member idol group- it was supposed to be a hip hop group. That’s why the 1st 3 members were rappers, and RM and Suga majorly struggled with the additional expectation of dancing (though Suga had some dancing interest/experience) when the project changed. Hip hop groups are riskier than idol groups, which can be insanely lucrative if they hit big.

I kind of wondered if BTS was initially supposed to be a smaller group not only because of the story with V but also because 7 members seems fairly large for a musical group
@akplanje
@akplanje Год назад
@@kai_masters It was, but they did know they were going to debut V. It was a marketing strategy. 7 members is actually not large for a K-Pop group- it’s average. I know, I was also used to the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC so it took some getting used to! 1 of the boy groups in BTS’ company (Seventeen) has 13 members. The K-Pop industry was partly influenced by the J-Pop (Japanese pop) idol group system, where even bigger groups are commonplace, up to more than 100 members 😅.

14:03 No, actually that wasn't funny at all. They humiliated them infront of anyone. And it's rude what they said. For example, wearing make up does not make you a girl. I would love if you would react to Rise of Bangtan. You'd get to know them and their story from the bottom so well. And you'd understand some of their songs better. Btw, many new Armys confuse the first and the last name of the members. It's backwards in korean. For example Kim Namjoon: Namjoon is his first name and Kim is his last name. Much love 💜

@@kai_masters The whole make up argument is so ridiculous. Every entertainer male and female wears make up so for him to act like only girls wear make up is very ignorant. I also hate when people say BTS wear too much make up (as if the big rock stars of the past didn't). But if one compares them completely bare faced and with make up they don't look that much different, they are just naturally gorgeous. He was basically making fun of RM and Suga because in his mind they were "sell outs" because they went from the underground rap scene to being in a kpop idol group so in his mind they were no longer real music artists. And if you watch that whole video RM and Suga were so mature with their response, they basically said it okay for him to feel that way but they just want to be able to make music and perform. Success is their revenge.

Helpful hint for the guide: Not sure if you know.... Korean people counted age differently to others... Korean Age vs International Age - difference is 1-2 years depending on if their birthday has been.... In most older videos, including this guide, they are giving Korean ages so you will need to adjust. The members were only 13-18 years old when they became trainees and 15-20 yo when they debuted. In Korea when you are born you are considered 1 year old. Then on 01 Jan every year you add another year to your age, no matter what your birthdate is. .... Year of birth - International age at Debut on 13June13 (Year and age became trainee) Jin 1992 - 20 yo (2011 - 18yo) Suga 1993- 20 yo (2011 - 17yo) Suga started with MIDI at 11 JHope 1994 - 19 yo (2011 - 17yo)JHope started dancing at 8 RM 1994 - 18 yo (2010 - 15yo) RM started rapping at 11 and was well known in the underground scene at 13 Jimin 1995 - 17 yo (2012 - 16yo) V 1995 - 17 yo (2011 - 15yo) JK 1997 - 15 yo (2011 - 13yo) JK signed with big hit at 13yo Rule of thumb - if it's before their birthday - subtract 2 years to get international age. if it's after their birthday - subtract 1 year to get their international age. EG: TaeHyung (V) born 30 Dec 1995 ...... current International Age 27 (Korean Age 29). ... 2 years difference So Tae born 30 Dec 95 is 1 year old, then on 01 Jan 96 he is 1 more year older (so they would say he is 2 years old, when we would say he is 2 days old.) So he was considered 29 in Korea since 01 January, we would say he is 27 turning 28 in Dec. It's a different way of looking at age, from new years day - Tae is living his 29th year (since conception) - instead of - he turned 27 (since birth).... The Korean Government has recently (June28) brought in international age as the standard in Korea, but all older videos/ interviews/ shows, will be referencing Korean age. 💜Have a great day

They were so young, JK was 13!!! Its says 15 "" when theu debut"" but he was 13 when he went to the dorms to traine and started kiving with the guys. Yes they are close, imagine 13,14 15,16 yr olds living together 24/7 trying to learn to sing, dance and become a group. Bang PD lied, they had a schedule and were very hard working, from 5 or 6 am till 7 or later!! RM took on the leader roll at that young age, he and Jhope and Jin and Suga were the oldest, Jin being the most. But they all looked out for Jimin, Taetae and JK. They raised them and theirselves. They live together from 2011 and 2012 till 2020. From when they started training till 2020. Thats why they are so close. In Korean culture the males and females don't touch, hug nor get involved with eacg other like the other countries and US. Its looked down on and forbidden. So they look to each other for the comfort they need, but not like people first think, sex....I'm talking holding hands, hugging and just being around each other. Education is what is looked at as the Most important thing, even above dating, and marriage. Where as in the USA teenagers do drugs and have sex and date.....there they learn, study, grow in knowledge and put that first. Thats how they can do so many different things. Anyway, i hope this helps and answer some of your questions. As you saw, the had little money, once Bighit told them to All go home cause they couldn't feed them and only had rent money.....RM, Suga and Jhope said No. They all had nowhere to go or live, so they stayed and their families and friends would give them food and clothes and things they needed to live. In 2017 they almost disbanded over being tired and over worked and just sick of the hardships. Jhope was going to leave and JK and Jimin both cried and held on to him and talked him out of it. They have been thru the ringer, believe me.....😢 I'm sorry this is so long, but as a muture person i knew you needed to know the details cause this type of closness and commorodary isn't normal here in the US. But it will help you see why the fans love them and support them the way that we do. People say Army's are crazy, well I'm sure some are but mostly as we have gone thru the years with these kids, now grown men, we have felt a hearfelt closness with them. More than even family. Thank you for your kindness to our guys, and hope you enjoy your adventures with BTS. Sorry again so long. I'm a Silver Army, over or past 60 but not Gold yet, 75 and above.😊 ❤❤💜💜💜💜💜💜💜❤❤

No. V is the sixth member joining BTS, he was only revealed last. I think Bang PD planned a 7 members group already. We don't know the real reason why V was hidden and was revealed last, after Jimin. But we suspect that Bang PD saw a very huge potential in V, and was afraid that he'd be stolen by other entertainment agency at the time. And he turns out to be the most popular and the most expensive of them all. Many becomes ARMY because they were attracted by V. He's a fan-getter since the very beginning. He's very talented in music, and also possesses a very striking good look. Over time, he's been crowned as The Most Handsome Man in the World since 2017 by several institutions, a title that is elusive from even Jin, the WWH. He is also highly intelligent, second to NamJoon, but on different kind of intelligences. Both V and Jungkook posses the perfect pitch ability to tell musical notes just by hearing it without references.

Korean Idols are contractually required to adhere to strict behavior requirements. They do tend to live in dorms. They cannot date. They cannot smoke cigarettes. Alcohol consumption, at the proper age is ok but no public drunkenness. This is so different from Western musicians. Also, Korean law prohibits their citizens from smoking Marijuana and taking other recreational drugs. Even if the Korean citizen participates in these behaviors in a Country where it is legal, they will be arrested upon returning to Korea. Hard work, educational achievement are extremely important in Korea. So a combination of Korean culture and Idol requirements are part of the cuktual fifference between Korea and the West. In my opinion, Western artists are expected to attend parties and events. Their dating lives are covered by entertainment media more than their music. Western media frequently looks to identify the break out singer.. ie Harry Styles, Justin Timberlake etc. I believe that BTS group songs are known to be arranged with each if the seven members having a part. Many Western singing groups have one lead singer and the others are really just back up singers.

That’s one of the things I noticed right away - all of the singers seem to take turns playing the role of the lead.

BTS may not block the video, but they will claim it. The other BTS videos on our channel have been claimed by Hybe.
