Not to take anything away from their beautiful Korean songs, but there is something about their Japanese tracks that just hits differently. Film Out is a masterpiece in production, vocals, and aesthetics. It's calming, yet powerful. The harmonies of the vocal line and cadences of the rap line are just *chef's kiss. Forever one of my all-time favorite songs.

I love how Jungkook sings so effortlessly.. like he's not tired at all. Jimin and Jin are literally angels! Tae with his baritone voice is so freaking attractive. And the raplines🔥 They're all soooooo good! Can't pick a favourite!

What I’ve noticed in all of BTS’ songs and what sets them different from all groups are the adlibs. JK is the master adlibber! Also, when there’s harmonization with the rappers! It just gives that oomph!

Jungkook composed Film Out with the Japanese rock singer Iyori Shimizu, and it’s so heartbreakingly beautiful. Almost all the songs that Jungkook was involved in making (wrote/composed/produced) are very romantic and have a lot of yearning and passion like Love Is Not Over, Film Out, Your Eyes Tell, Still With You, Magic Shop, etc. And his adlibs are always a cherry on top.

As a Namjoon biased I really love when Jin had his time on spotlight, definitely this is Jinie's song, his voice is just ✨ my favorites here Namjoon and Jin ❤

I think Jin sings the most difficult part of this song. His vocal range is wide, and he conveys the world of song with a gentle, powerful voice with a low, high, and beautiful singing voice. I cry when I hear his singing voice.

Jimin’s voice on these kinds of ballads has almost like a “cry” sound to it. It’s a lot of emotion combined with the unique way he ends his phrasing…I can only describe it as a cry. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Probably an incorrect term but whatever the proper way to say it, it’s uniquely Jimin and you’d never mistake his voice as anyone else. This song is so much better live so I’m glad you added in that reaction. Jungkook’s ad libs and vocal line harmonies in this are perfection. Thank you! 💜

I think the term you guys were looking for in terms of Jimin is “vocal fry” he tends to end his notes that way very often. Once you notice it, you’ll hear it more and more from him

Film Out and Your Eyes Tell are my favourite songs from their Japanese discography and Jungkook took part in writing/composing both of them. There is just something abt Jungkook and Japanese music that hits different. I would love it if he releases a Japanese album. He has the voice and composition for it!

i would say jimin has a little cry in his voice like a teenage boy, voice of both man and woman mixed togehter. he sound like a robot or a baby sometimes but in a beautiful way i can´t explain it. and vocalists always struggle describing his voice. it´s to unique. and it´s also very sweet to the ear. jin is just effortless when he goes from head to falsetto perfect for a ballade song. Jin always shines in Japanese songs. and i really love when rapline joins. because in your eyes tell it was only vocal line and it quickly becomes to dull when the cores is being repeated to many times. that is one thing BTS is amazing ad. shifting up the song halfway with a deferent flow but somehow not straying away from the original song. i have seen other kpop groups try to do this but i can´t find anyone who can do it like them. kpop tend to mix 5 deferent songs in one but that changes the song completly and when the cores comes back you get all confused. because you went in a totally diffent direction. you can´t relax when you listen to it. BTS is the perfect middle ground between kpop and western music. very pleasing to the ear. and deferent from all the mainstream songs you hear today. but BTS does it all they also do mainstream songs.

jin"s voice in their japanese songs just hits different. you guys have to hear crystal snow! it's my favorite japanese song from them and that tells a lot because they have so many great japanese songs.

Everyone is usually hyped for high notes and rightfully so, but what touches my heart most in this song is Tae’s soulful low tone. Esp in the last Vmin harmony.

I love this song. I especially love the parts where Tae and Jimin are singing together. I would love to hear them sing another song together where they harmonize more with each other. The little bits we get in other songs just isn't enough, LOL. I love Tae's deep soulful voice and his high falsettos. Jimin's voice is just so angelic! this song is the theme song for a new japanese movie and that is exactly how you feel while watching it: you're left with this emotional "heavy weight" . BTS did a phenomenal job in translating all those emotions to this sing and mv also , as an Indian , I loved the namaste 😂

Other groups : Gives 99% in their mvs(sometimes 100%) but quite disappoint in live performances.. But BTS : Gives 100% in their mvs and 10000% in their live performances..You can't even differenciate them..They are really the kings..

I've noticed very often that when he raps in Japanese he uses a more nasal tone and it fascinates me

He's good in singing high notes, harmonizing & rapping! it's usually harder for me to attach to their japanese songs, but I love Film Out instantly. the vocals are so soulfully beautiful. for me, the vocal line stood out in the MV but then the live version... I was stunned by angel jimin! Remind me of videos where parents filmed their crying babies & the babies stopped crying when jimin's song's on.
