the thing about BTS is that they make music for everyone if you don't like 1 song it doesn't mean anything i can assure they will have 10 more that you will like you gotta react to the cyphers and their solo work you will be blown away
Nowadays yeah they make music for everyone but during their debut no it was more rap oriented tho. They got to grew when they started to open to other genres but in my opinion that’s also what cause them a little bit of lost flavor like I really liked them being one of the few really heavy hip hop group with block b

@@sonia4313 YESSSS I feel like bts's music has gotten meh within the recent albums. Like there are some gold ones here and there but there old albums like *every single song* was really good. As they have grown bigger they have gotten more pop which upsets me. I like there hip hop stuff and also alternative sounding things, I feel like they used to experiment more. Dark and gritty bts is best bts.
Y’all gotta react to BTS- Black Swan and BTS - Interlude : Shadow and Agust D - Daechwita (from BTS) they will be more your taste. BTS does so many different genres so there’s a lot to explore

FUN FACT: The keyword for FIRE was Suga’s idea and almost everything they used in the MV was REAL including the man wearing fireproof suit & falling car except the toy plane on fire shown at distance; probably the fireworks too. During that time they still didn’t have much of a budget so they used what they had which was a staff’s old car for a prob which they set on fire midway toward the end that is shown in JIN’s scenes.
I’m an nctzen so I don’t know if my opinion really matters, but for BTS I would recommend you to listen to ON, UGH!, IDOL or Blood Sweat & Tears. These are some of my top favs from them. They have really good soft/slow songs as well, but from your other reactions those don’t seem to be your type😅 Edit: I FORGOT TO MENTION MIC DROP AS WELL

This reaction was super good and I’m glad that y’all enjoyed it. I can tell this one wasn’t one of your favorites but I totally understand why. Bts has such a wide range of music and mostly if not all their songs are bangers. If you couldn’t tell by now lol they are a 7 member group and debuted in 2013 with the song No more dream (I highly recommend watching the live performance of that song) and they’ve became one of the most successful music acts in the world breaking tons of records. Their the first Korean act since the Beatles to earn 3 number 1 albums in less than a year and also are the first Korean act to chart number 1 on billboard hot 100 multiple times now and are also nominated for a Grammy. It’s safe to say that they are the biggest boy band in the world lol. Also their success didn’t happen overnight it took hours of hard work and dedication to get to where they are now. They would even have dance practices for 12-16 hours a day. They also write and produce all their music themselves and their lyrics are super deep. RM Is the leader and rapper of the group. He was an under ground rapper before he was in bts and also is fluent in English and Japanese. Not to mention he has an IQ of 148 so that man is smart as hell lol. Jin is the oldest and is one of the vocalist. He wanted to become an actor before bts but he ended up singing instead. Suga is also one of the rappers and was in under ground rap. He’s one of the fastest Kpop rappers out there and he’s honestly so talented. Jhope is also a rapper and was in a dance group called neuron and was at national level for dancing. Jimin is a vocalist and is probably the most talented vocalist ever. His voice is like no other. He was in contemporary dance and was top in his class. V is also a vocalist and his voice is super deep and soulful. He gives off this rich R&B vibe and it’s so beautiful. Jungkook is the youngest and is also a vocalist. He’s literally good at everything lol and his voice is so beautiful. Some songs that I would recommend are Tomorrow, Outro: Tear, interlude: shadow, black swan, blood sweat & tears, and Fake love. Sorry for the long ass paragraph but I hope this helped.

I would suggest PLT - hocus pocus or igoholic for more k hip hop sounds. Also I would suggest the k-artists DEAN, crush or jay park for more k r&b! there's way more than just the kpop scene or "idol" music. I like now that yall are finding what you like within kpop. I definitely agree though fire is more of like a party up beat song. Fire isn't my favorite bts song of theirs, glad you guys are honest!

As much as I actually love kpop as I am a kpop stan, I actually prefer k r&b and such to listen too. I hope they do branch out too eventually, but I know it's always hard to compare to the amount of kpop suggestions since people want them to check out their faves.
I'm way late to this party, but I love watching reactions to BTS. My take on what this song means is that you should live your life to the fullest. Do whatever makes you happy. And if you screw up or lose along the way, that's OK, because Yoongi (Suga) forgives you. Live your life, don't be afraid and give it your all.
With BTS, it's always worth checking out the live performances. Even if you don't really vibe too much with a music video, they deliver on stage and they might blow you away there. They are crazy performers. They bleed to perform and interact with the fans.

And so later on you may even find yourselves enjoying a song you didn't vibe with initially. Especially if you're in the car and something comes on at random. Y'all have an interesting pocket of what you really like from K-pop at [this] moment. In short: upbeat grooves with some EDM influence, but nothing too hype because of a preference for vocals to be the main feature. And just like any other K-pop fan, you appreciate quality choreography. :)

So you like unique, not an obvious pop club song, for BTS, I would say, 'Blood, Sweat, and Tears' and 'Black Swan'. But make sure you pick the Black Swan MV that has BTS performing in it. If are interested in lyrics and want to really get a good feel for their voices and harmonies watch the 'BTS Tiny Desk Concert' that they did for NPR this year. They sing 3 songs, one new (Grammy nominated) and 2 old, with a live band in a record store in Seoul.
Everyones opinion is valid we all have our own flavours. This is one of those songs that hits live. The energy they bring to the live performance is another level but your right it is more pop... just another bow to their string but they definitely have mamy many many more songs more to your taste 💜

In my opinion, those show them in a completely different light. Those were the ones that made me personally think "Now I understand why people like them, why they're FIRE"
realize I'm jumping in late - I love BTS, some songs aren't in my playlists. No one is ever going to like the totality of a groups catalog. I believe they have gotten better over time and this song is pretty close to when they debuted.
I really hope you guys watch one of BTS introduction videos and if you keep going down the rabbit hole you will soon see that BTS is a genre all onto themselves because they cover pretty much every genre. You never know what you're going to get from song to song.
The track is also known as Burning Up (aka FIRE) under a few of their other albums; if you notice they’re rockin to their song DOPE which is playing on the radio which leads into this MV; It was released back in 2016 so they somewhat younger in this video!

Why would someone like Fire. For me is it a Top of BTS discography? No. It is not even in my top 20. But on itself it is really good song. Cause it does her job for what it was created perfectly. If you ask me what song is playing when i working out or have to work physically. "Fire" is always my first choice. If makes your blood pump faster. It loud and in your face and musicaly have that attitude of "Fuck everything". When you listening to it world around you just go away, all you hear is this song banging in your brains while your body do physical tasks. Lyrics also tell you to go get loose yourself away from society expectations and pressures and least for a little while be free and let the world burn itself. It gives me so much energy and makes me de-stress. And that exactly intention with what this song was created in a first place they trully nailed it with this one. Before this song starts playing mentally and body feels like Bruce Banner. After it is over i feel like a Hulk ready to destroy. And that is a real charm of this song.

Honestly you are entitled to your own opinion lmao. If you are getting hate for it, just ignore it. Tbh Bts is my ultimate favorite group but I almost listen to all groups. The thing I like about Bts is that they have dabbled in every single genre. If you don't like a particular song from them I'm a hundred percent sure you will find a song which will suit your tastes.
