I don’t know where you guys got the information that A.R.M.Y still came after BTS told them not too, that is in fact wrong. ARMY DID NOT COME. There were only journalists who were in disbelief ARMY actually didn’t show.

You're wrong actually , army listened to bts and didn't come to the military centre. It's really commun for kpop fandoms to always be there for their idols' military entrance , no matter how much the companies or the idols warned them. but this time the reporters were very shocked that armys did as they were told , its basically the first time ever a fandom is this respectful in korea. We are known as the most organised out of all of the other fandoms. Of course there are always the saesangs who mob them wherever they are , but those are not called armys. You can watch the video where some reporters who were there at the entrance talking about how obedient and respectful bts' fans are. Its crazy how some people want us to be this obsessed fandom who made bts' lives the worst while bts themselves are defending us and complementing us.

I literally will never understand people when they talk about the way Jimin dresses. A lot of his wardrobes you are used to are chosen by stylist for certain concepts based on their music/promotions. The way Jimin is in this video is exactly how he dresses and has dressed on his down time for YEARS.. literally as long as he has been in the public eye. He is in jeans/sweat pants/shorts with t shirts and sneakers etc. Yes he has had various different looks for airports, events and all that but the way he is dressed here is very very normal for him when he doesn't have schedules. Also... Jimin is one of the most athletic members and probably the deadliest. People are complex, just as Jimin is cute, kind, soft.. he is also very intelligent and has been trained in various forms of martial arts and his dancing keeps him very fit. It just bothered me so much when that one guy said he is dressing like this to get ready for the military cause what the f..k does that even mean? And why do y'all say stuff as if you know them so well when 90% it's wrong. I beg you please look at their official content instead of these videos that people make on youtube where they use excerpts of different stuff to portray the guys in only one certain image.

Someone has already commented here but did you know Jimin graduated top of his unit (korean media called it a Daesang, the grand prize) n his military basic training. It was not just top 5 or 10. He made an oath on behalf of his unit too. He received commendation from his divisional commander which means early promotions and holidays. He was assigned to FDC (fire direction centre) known as the brain of artillery where you have to be good at maths. Recently he just finished the toughest Korean army training called KCTC (Korean Combat Training Centre) which also has the US marines training. He is the first idol to undergo such training. Enjoy!

I don't think you understand the relationship BTS has with ARMY. ARMY is super protective of BTS, and so when they guys make a request to ARMY, we listen. There are so many other idols and famous Korean actors that enter the militarily as well, and their fan base shows up, as well as the media. The guys asked for ARMY to please NOT come to their entrance. They want to respect the other families that are not celebrities. The only ones that show up are the media. BTS trusts ARMY and visa versa. ARMY protect their requests. Are their crazy fans out there? Yes! Like every other fan base, but those crazy fans aren't ARMY, just fanatics. There are even documentaries and other info that prove ARMY are a very different fan base than any other fan bases in history. 💜

Jimin recently finished the hardest training in Korea's military, he even got the 1st position in the training they did so far. Jimin has done martial arts and contemporary dance both of which requires a lot of discipline and perseverance which are in abundance in Jimin. So Jimin is excelling both in the idol world and the military one

The ARMY fandom didn't come to the training center, just like they didn't during Jin, J-Hope, and Yoongi's entrance.

49:09 only 1 person from bts joined the special forces and it was taehyung. Taehyung had to do a bit of training/do tests before being accepted into the special forces. Then he did the basic training that every Korean man does, after that he had to go to the special forces training center, he is now over there. Fun fact, it is said that taehyung hits his target each time he fires, he rarely misses. As for jimin, he is in the same military base as jungkook, jungkook is a cook and jimin was assigned to the Field Artillery Fire Direction Center​ aka the brain of artillery. Namjoon became a platoon leader and is supposedly in the military band, jhope became an assistant drill instructor and he is very popular in the military. Jin was also an assistant drill instructor, corporal, and was recently promoted to Private First Class. This means he is now a high ranking soldier, he was named an elite soldier.

Actually Armys didn't come to any of the members military training base camps. Armys were even praised for it. Fans surprised reporters bc that never happened before. Usually people crowd those places which can result uncomfortable for soldiers' families and a danger in security. Real armys (not sasaengs) listen to BTS. If they ask us something, real fans will respect that. 💜

It’s the biggest mistake to think that Jimin is just cute and adorable. Jimin is a unique compilation of all qualities. He is the cutest person and at the same time the most maturest and hardworking. Jimin passed excellently all the exams and was named as the best soldier of his unit. The army is real work, dangerous and difficult, and there are many soldiers and people with them, and it is not a place to play. Every member is now in a different section, Namjoon: Special Elite Troops & Military Band+ Jin: Sergeant & Assistant Instructor+ Yoongi: Public Service due to his shoulder injury+ Hoseok: Corporal & Assistant Instructor + Jimin: Military Fire Direction Center (brain of the artillery) +VTaehyung: SDT (special duty team to counter terrorism)+ Jungkook: Kitchen Police/cook-supp batallion.

This is not a break for them , we can not even imagine how mentally and physically exhausting it must to be in enlistment something that is mandatory not voluntary despite them being top achievers . it's not like they had any choice of going or not they just had choice on when they can go . also Jimin and rest are always dressed like that when they are not performing .

SK Army has one of the toughest military training in the world. They have to go into a gas chamber. Jimin recently finished the toughest training at the Korea artillery training center. He was selected as the brain. He instructs re coordinates for tanks shooting artillery. He tells them where to shoot to hit the mark. Jimin was the top conscript in boot camp. He also early into camp he was the top shooter and he received 4 day 3 night vacation. Tae completed his initial 5 weeks along with RM. They received awards for being one of the six top conscripts. Tae then went to special training for military police. E-man I agree. English and Korean. Jimin was taking English lessons before he went in. He talked about it on Suchwita, SUGA’s talk show. Indigo is blue. Usher’s manager is the CEO of HYBE America, that’s how he and Kook got together. Scooter Braun. Our guys are being targeted now by haters. They will have heard that the ministry of culture and tourism re investigate charges that the members buy their own albums to inflate the sales. In 2017, they determined that that did not occur. All I have to say about your videos (the BTS ones atleast, they're the only ones I watch) is that we can't see the subtitles (or captions ?) and it's really not convinient because I don't know what they're saying by heart but I like your videos anyways, I just hope to see an "upgrade" about this in the future, if you can, of course. Sorry, my english might be bad but I'm french and I'm still learning. 😉💜

First, they did the live in the company, not BTS home. Second, no BTS member is in "Special Forces" since conscription is over 4 years and they need to do the shortest conscription which is 18 months so that they will be back on mid-2025. Taehyung/V is in Special Task Force of Army Capital Defense. Jin joined the army in Dec 2022(18 months). Jhope April 2023(18 mon). Suga since he had shoulder surgery he is doing Social Service agent (21-24 months) and he joined Sept 2023 The thing that as a fan that I was scared of BTS joining the army was the possibility that other soldier will invade their privacy, there were a few cases that famous idol said that during showers there were other soldiers staring at them. So far, I haven't heard anything bad yet.

Just to let you guys know. V and RM became Platoon Leaders in their respective Units and even received an “Elite Soldiers Award”. Only 4 out of 800 trainees was given this award and V and RM were 2 of the 4 awarded as “Elite Soldiers”. Jimin was also given an award in his Unit as “Exemplary Trainee”. After graduation they were all allocated to their respective divisions . Jimin and Jungkook enlisted in the “buddy” system. RM, Jimin, Jungkook, Jin and JHope (both Jin and JHope became Assistant trainors and has achieved Special Class Warrior) are all enlisted in the Infantry Division (Front Lines). Later on however, Jungkook decided to join as a Cook to continue his Military service . Suga is enlisted as a “Social Service Agent”. It’s an alternative form of Military Service where they do Social Work due to his Shoulder Injury. V on the other hand enlisted in the ROK Army II which focuses on the Special Forces Unit called the “Double Dragons”. After finishing his 5 week basic training V was sent to ROK II to get 3 more weeks of intense and rigorous training as the unit is focused on Anti-Terrorism” (US equivalent of it are the same unit that killed Osama Bin Laden). He has passed all the test, training and requirement to wear the coveted “black uniform” and is now serving as SDT (Special Duty Team) that reports directly to the (Blue House/President ).

Out of BTS members only V joined Special Forces.

Bts themselves would expect to be treated like everyone else. There’s no special treatment just because they’re bts. both Jin and Hobi has the highest promotion as generals in the militaty, i think it was. and that entails a LOT more hard work than if you are a normal recruit. actually it´s Jk who is not doing the best he works in the kitchen and cleaning all day he wrote that on weverse. Taehyung V serve his country in the hardest unit, take the challenges and he proof it he can do it. He's more stronger and braver we all so proud of you my love Captain Korea V , Special forces are the hardest and most hardest in the Korean army, we all so beyond proud of V (Taehyung) who decided to challenge and accomplish all his goals on mind like he said. I know all units are important in military but Taehyung is one of the most challenged, Also, how Korea are talking about how proud they feel about him joining the Special Forces, because not everyone can enter there. The Usher remix of SNTY was already out when they did this live. It came out Nov 30 and this live was Dec 5. The only music we still got after this in 2023 was Jimin’s CTT and Tae and Umi collab of Wherever UR. Jk was hinting at a song for this year June. Which is BTS anniversary. So we are guessing/hoping it’s a song for Festa.

Army did not go to the training centers, only reporters did and they live stream it. So we basically watch it all on live stream. I love seeing BTS body guards outside the stations waiting for their arrival, i try to guess when they soon arrived as the bodyguards gets into different positions. Although they are in the military they have to up their inside security system, one nurse got into trouble for leaving her base going to Jin base and give him an injection, they had to do an internal investigation. V unit went to a soccer ⚽️ match and you could see BTS bodyguards sitting beside him in the stand with his unit. Elvis been in the military he had his own quarters and his own security that they appoint him.

armys did not come to the military base/entrance ceremony, when Jin enlisted only a few came and the rest of the people there were reporters/paparazzi, after he enlisted armys no longer came to any of the members entrance ceremony/military base and some reporters there were even surprised that no fans came, I remember I was watching one video of jhope entering the base and a reporter live-streaming was asking why no army came and another reporter said because the members asked them not to come. Any pictures or videos you see of bts doing the military service are from dispatch/paparazzi, the military’s website, or even people in the members squad.

Jimin and Jungkook enter military through buddy system on 5th divisions. At the Military Graduation Ceremony after 5 weeks of training, Jimin received the division commander's commendation that's given to the one trainee that ranked 1st overall out of all trainees in the unit, he received the honor of the Most Exemplary with commendation from the Chief of Division as The TOP/BEST trainee. After that, they're placed in every department on military service. Jimin in Fire Department Connection, Jungkook on Cook in Military.

They do use their phones in the military there cause they post on Instagram on weverse every so often.

The most important is they get a routine. Something to help them when they are not training for a song. Something to help them to have the mentality to just hang at home. JK did many lives of not being able to sleep. To much time on your hands (Styx) messes with you and when you are alone all of a sudden after 10 years of living closely with people.. When you are trained to always be ON...... He was so young (around 13) to start the hard idol routines . Along with V and Jimin...... Rm. Jin , Jhope and Suga had lived the "on the street "music life. Or any kind of self growth . I think this is going to help the youngest the most.

We currently are in a firestorm right now being army with BTS and hybe and that girl. But we going to come out on the other side Strong ready to go. remember to pre order RM new album and new single right place, wrong person buy from official stores to count on billboard charts.

Although he didn't get a slice during their Live, Jungkook would have devoured the Hawaiian pizza. He loves it. And you are right, the boys will get more sleep, eat more regular meals, maybe eat healthier food. But life in MS is also not a walk in the park. Jimin and Jungkook are on the front lines and assigned in the Artillery Unit, where the conditions are harder. Jimin and Jungkook just went through a 10 day war simulation training which put their mental and physical strengths to the test.

Guys, they do different toppings on pizzas in Korea. I think you might have been seeing pumpkin on one of those pizzas. As everyone else is also saying, Army didn’t show up to their training centres when BTS enlisted. Because BTS asked them not to. The people that were there were from the media outlets. In some of the videos where they are waiting for BTS to show up, you can hear some of the reporters commenting on the fact that the fans didn’t show up, as requested by BTS. Also, Jimin has been wearing clothes like that for a long time. Sometimes he dresses up, but he also wears more casual clothing. Have you watched the live he did the night before he enlisted? Where he shows his shaved head?

I love watching you two. So refreshing and unique. But I must agree with other commenters -- please don't assume "you know" about something when you clearly don't, but could have if you had spent 5 mins online. Too subjective and I'll give the benefit of the doubt, inadvertently dissing the guys. You can and should do better. Jimin and JK went to 5th Division right on the front lines at the DMZ in the Division's artillery unit (the 5th is one of the most heralded divisions in SK from past wars and day-to-day events). JK is a cook I understand. Jimin, due to him being acclaimed as best trainee in entire 5th division by the Commander (physical, mental, and intellectual top of the class) and his mathematical smarts, is in the FDC, the unit that controls all the firefights and movement and shooting of guns and tanks for that Division -- indeed "the brains" of the brigade. Only 5 soldiers were chosen - - he was one of them. Respect the guys. This isn't Hollywood but Korea. Jimin just spent over a month at the Korea Combat Training Center in the mountains working with US military army special soldiers doing real-life (not fake) war games, spending days and nights outside with no food, toughing it out and learning his new job. (We finally got one photo where he was with his pals on top of the tanks and guns -- it's online too). It was challenging and JK is doing hard work too for sure. Tae is in some kind of military police unit protecting Seoul and RM is in the band. But Jimin and JK are honest to god real soldiers toughing it out in one of those divisions that no one wants to go to because they face NK soldiers every day and are the first to be called up in case of crisis. I'm actually glad Jimin and JK got chosen to go into the artillery brigade rather than infantry, because those guys must actually do de-mining operations as their job because of hidden ordinance from the Korean War. This is no Elvis playing around.

Unless you’ve actually been enlisted in the army in any country you’ve lived in, I think it’s silly to think that they think mandatory enlistment is a break for them. Yes their usual schedules are demanding but that’s their career and what they choose to do for a living, not what they are required to do as citizens. The military is not a “vacation” in any country. At the least, you need to have an understanding of that country’s military and customs before having such a firm opinion

Let me clear up the rumours some troll comments are spreading. (Second) There is literally no rule regarding tattoos in military, as i see some trolls claiming that Jungkook couldn't join special forces coz of his tattoos. V has tattoos as well and he's in special forces hence this statement is absolutely false. Jimin and Jungkook chose Buddy System with their full consent coz they wanted to. And their 5th Division Unit is considered as the most challenging of all as it's the closest to North Korea Border (which is basically considered a terrorist nation)
