FAKE LOVE has a very special place in my heart. It's the first video I watched with the intent of getting to know them and their music. I've seen Fire and Not Today kind of in passing but FAKE LOVE was the first video I watched when I learned all of their names by looking at pictures. So now when I listen to that song and see the video my heart feels so full.

I like Mic Drop and Not Today because those sound SO different from what a lot of people imagine k-pop to sound like. It shows that the boys can go hard with the best of them without compromising on their lyrical message and then smoother songs like Save Me + I'm Fine, Spring Day and then there are always the funnier upbeat songs like Go Go and Anpanman.

You guys should read "save me" on webtoon. It is bts's storyline. You'll learn exactly what has happened in all these mvs. Also, the snickers bars have a very important significance. Jhope's mom gave him this chocolate bar on his birthday and then left him all alone in an amusement park.

The concept for "Mic Drop" might have been inspired by President Obama's mic drop speech, but if you notice the song is a callout to all their haters and all the people who said that the members of BTS were sellouts and would never make it in the Kpop industry, etc. As the song says, "... to all my haters ... can you see my bag? ... look at all the trophies I have ... there are so many of them I can't even carry them ...", etc. Its a song that was wrote to show all those haters that they were all wrong about them and that they no longer need to defend themselves because all their awards and accolades speak for themselves. The version you just watched was the Steve Aoki Remix so this song was originally recorded by BTS alone, way before Steve Aoki got involved and put his American spin on it.

I learned and got into them when dynamite came out and I was like “WOW Michael Jackson is written all over this song " and so he is my idol and so I found out they are very and I mean VERY inspired by him and you can tell by their dance moves and all the hard work and dedication to their music videos and dancing just like Mike! Fave mv would be 'Spring day' it was actually a message and tribute for the sewol ferry tradegy that killed 300 highschoolers in South Korea..
