Jin learned English in Australia when he studied abroad. He is their second best speaker which is not opinion. He can read and write it because he actually studied it. He just lacks confidence when it goes fast. But look at him in Hawaii, Malta and Hustle Life. He can communicate on his own. Even the clips you provided show his skills. His answers were not rehearsed like Hobi. He was thinking on his feet and communicating the answers naturally. J-Hope does much better now, like his recent radio interview with Becky G.
I think he thinks it's embarrassing to talk English. He maybe feels embarrassed when he says something wrong. I felt so to before. Bc english isn't my first language.
He definitely understands English. Notice all their English interviews. He doesn't wait for RM to interpret and answers immediately. He doesn't seem confused when the interviewer speaks English.

That's what my brother says that are you really born in India? Coz whenever I get angry I start spitting out English in the USA accent and at a very fast speed and I prefer English songs over my own country's songs( just my opinion, don't get mad Indian music hardcore fans if any)

Did you watch the short film called “Lost & Found” by JungKook & Taehyung, there’s one part in there where Jk is talking to a machine that has a girls name, it is Rebecca & he pronounces it Rebaca or something like that, it was so much cuter than the way we pronounce it. He also made the first syllables “roll off his tongue” giving the name a fancy sound. All the people in the comments were so impressed especially girls with the name Rebecca...they loved it.

Jin is definitely 2nd because I have noticed that in any interview he is mostly the first one after RM to understand the question...plus, he can understand and speak on his feet too not only rehearsed speeches....He can communicate on his own without anybody's help as well as he can translate too...so he really has wider vocabulary...the only thing is that he gets a little nervy in packed environment but when he is allowed to communicate in a relaxed environment, he speaks English well...in that American hustle life video, he is communicating so well with that lady and also using "different and new" words. In Malta video too, when he was communicating with the bar owner....also, I think other members have improved a lot too...so thumbs up to all 7 members for working hard on their English 👍😊
@@luckyshaz413 yes Seokjin is really one of the greatest support system to RM! He is such a reliable and mature guy who can always handle tough situations very well! But it's true that he is second best English speaker in the group! He is an outstanding member!
Actually Yoongi is already good at English he seek English from Korean private University before joining BTS he didn't even tell members because he is shy to speak and other members seek late but they are speaking but Yoongi is still not speaking
Jin is the second best English speaker. He went to school in Australia to learn English. He knows how to read and write it. He just lacks confidence. It’s not even close.
Aprajita Singh I was referring to his confidence in speaking English. He can do well in non stressful environment but on a red carpet he hesitates to find the right words. He has loads of confidence about himself. ;-)
hmmmm as an aussie he probably didn't learn much when he was over here other then convosational english and that kinda thing,,, we have a really shitty languge learning system, both in learning english and in learning other languages as an english speaker. however he does have a great grasp on how sentences are spoken and the rythem so does jimin
everyone says jk should be 2nd but jk doesn’t speak on the spot he needs to prepare what he’s gonna say while jin answer right there on the spot. jin is definitely better in english than the other members. he’s just got it bc he’s going for it without thinking and it actually makes total sense
Jungkook has improved in english a lot. He haven't had the need to prepare these past few months, and his vlives are proof. He adapts to accents very well, and he can form sentences with little to no grammatical errors. It's just that he takes time to form the sentences and say them, but overall I think he'd be around 3rd or 4th.
Suga has more of an American accent than the others which really speaks to his musical ear and his ability to hear the phonetic differences in languages. Having said that, I love hearing them all speak English. It's difficult for even native English speakers to speak the language "properly". Nothing but respect 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I like the way how V learns from RM.i mean its really a good habit to learn the things what we don't know.some feel shy to learn from others. But he's a energetic boy💜.his accent is jzt like 🔥🔥
If you have watched the whole interview the interviewer is talking about the billboards 2017 awards like how they feel to which rm said they are thankful and he feel sad as the members are not able to express their love as they are not fluent in english but they love the fans and are thankful.

Hobi's definitely #2, but I'd say that Suga and Jin are tied for #3. Suga doesn't speak much in interviews because he's such an introvert, but you can tell from his reactions that he understands most of what he hears. And when he does speak, he actually has very little accent. Now, *that's* an accomplishment!
He pronounces the words correctly and his intonation is correct too. That is why when he sang savage love, it was mind blowing he sounds American. I even thought it was jason derulo at first.
