When i was in one of their concert everyone shocked by jin’s vocal he sound way better and the fact that he wasn’t a singer at the beginning and he learned how to sing when he was 21yo shocked me more

Jk is a great technical singer and sounds great. Jin did amazing. I understand what you mean about Tae's vocals but I love his voice and would not change it at all. Jimin is another level and you can tell by your face and your eyes when he sings. Jimin the it boy.

7:50 The way Tae (V) sings this part, I actually prefer it because it sounds more emotional or like, frail, and to me, it lends feeling to the song actually. I'm just worried it's not as healthy of a way to do it. Often when Tae sings, it may not be as "perfect" as the other vocalists, but it makes me ~feel~ things more.

I must admit that jk always has my vote when it comes to the nost amazing voice that i heard (atleast in my opinion) but that doesn't mean i didn't recognized the rest. Taetae has such a soulful voice since the beginning and it sounds sooooooo amazing, while jimin, his voice comes so naturally, it may sound powerful when he's doing high notes, when he sing soft notes, it's like an angel. Jin is the definition of from zero experience to 100. I can't deny that he has one of the best distinct voice, heart felt. He is so much more better LIVE. While my man JK is like a lullaby i can't live without. He has a perfect pitch, so emotional, magnificent at live and just pure wonderful. I have sm love for our vocal line!!

Yes, in the original it was Jimin singing the first high notes just like the live version. The high note parts are sung by Jimin(1st), Jin(2nd) and Jimin(the last). 11:50 that nice falsetto In the live version is Jung Kook.

I personally think that Jin and jungkook sound the most stable live.

A good portion of Magic Shop, mostly the chorus, is fanchant and is sung with them. BTS, especially V, uses the call and response part as like a secret code between them and the fandom.

At 7:55 I think V's sound is way better suited than if he had that brighter quality because it adds interest to the song. Jimin has a brighter quality to his voice naturally so because he sings right after V, the contrast between their voices adds to the song in my opinion. If they both sang in a brighter tone it would have made the song more dull in my opinion, but it's interesting to see different opinions

jungkook does get the main parts, but the high parts are always distributed between seokjin and jimin especially in recent albums.

What you said at 13:55 is so true... And at their concerts during the medley they sometimes don't sing certain parts and let their crowd sing the part for them I had the luck to be on an concert in Paris 2018 and V was feeling a little under the weather so he couldn't totally sing at his best that day (he also cried because of that at the end my heart hurt so much...) So during his part of the truth untold he wasn't singing it because he really couldn't right now And the whole crowd filled it in for him and seriously it sounded just as loud as they do with microphone just of course a bit softer But it was such a beautiful moment... It was just as great as when they were singing Blood Sweat and Tears and Suga's Rap part came up, probably the one that is easiest to recreate for us even if it's Korean and rap And he just looked into the crowd and pointed the microphone at it to signal is it's our time to shine haha And to be fair - we did nail it 😌 But yes... They could literally let the crowd fill in every part they want They just do it occasionally obviously because it's them giving a concert for ARMYs and not vice versa👀

I love how you talk about each of their approaches in singing cause yassss they're so different from each other and that's one thing I LOVE about them. There's such a wide variety of techniques between them, each having it's own personality similar to it's singer.

everytime he's like "they could change the sound this way" in my head i couldn't help but think that the korean language is waaaaaaaayyyyyy too nuanced to do that. if u change the way a vowel is spoken (or even intonation) a lot of the time you end up saying something entirely different altogether.

Oh and gotta love the fact that they were beat from performing an entire concert, all sweaty and tired and still made it through Magic Shop without any hitches!!
