My favorite Suchwita episode is the one with El Capitxn, Yoongi’s best friend and production partner. It’s such an emotional conversation, and you really learn a lot about Yoongi through El Capitxn.

What I love about V is he is very cerebral. He puts a lot of thoughts into his words and actions. Although I miss seeing his goofy, untamed side, I love seeing how he’s matured throughout the years. And I also love how he’s very obviously humble as a human being. As with all the other members, as famous and huge superstars as they are, I’m always happy to see how grounded they are. You can never see any sense of entitlement on them. This makes me so proud as a fan.

The clip where they were drinking is from FESTA 2018. You should definitely check it out because a lot of the stuff V & Yoongi talked about in this Suchwita episode were discussed there with the whole members. Like Yoongi sending the I Love You text, their worries and fears at the time, etc. It's super insightful.

Every Anniversary of BTS is called Festa. They all get together for a meal and drink. Usually, Festa's are light and a fun time for the guys to reminisce. However, Festa 2022 was really emotional for the guys and ARMY. It created a lot of rumors that the guys were disbanding, as they talked about wanting to explore doing individual projects. Enough so that HYBE stock took a big hit because the media latched on and said BTS were breaking up. But the truth is, at the time, they couldn't share their upcoming military enlistment. Anyway, it was a really emotional tear shedding Festa. I would love to see you react to it if you get the chance. As we all know now, they had no intention of disbanding. They just knew that they were going to have to take a long break due to their mandatory military service requirement. They just couldn't announce it to ARMY and the world for another 4 months. 💜

41:26 I corrected this on your reaction to Jin and RM’s episode but I’ll do it again and hope that you will see it. It was never set in stone that they WOULD break up, it’s just that before that time in early 2018, they had never considered it before. So it was the first time they were PRIVATELY genuinely considering it/having discussions abt it since it is a group decision for them, no one knew abt it until Jin talked abt it during their acceptance speech for artist of the year at the end of 2018. In between that time they wrote and included “Tear” to the Love Yourself: tear album which released that year and helped them achieve artist of the year, it was the best selling album from a Korean act in the US (a record they have broken a couple of times since). Jin talked abt how in early 2018 they were going through a really tuff time bc their schedules were too much for them, he said they considered disbanding during his speech for Artist of the Year at MAMA 2018 bc it was even more meaningful to them that they stuck together and pushed through and were able to receive that award. What suga mentioned during R-chwita (episode with RM as the host) was how the media (western and Korean) twisted their words during their livestream diner for festa 2022 when they first announced to ARMY that they would begin focusing more of solo activities and would be slowing down group activities, the media created the narrative that bts were disbanding to become solo artists which was not true, or what they said, this hiatus was inevitable bc of the mandatory military service and they said over and over that this did not mean that they were disbanding. Those 2 events are abt disbanding but one was from the member’s own words abt what they had gone through and gotten over that year, and the other was 4 years later when media twisted their words to manipulate the general public into thinking BTS were disbanding and becoming solo artists.

all Suchwita épisodes abring some interesting things on the table. My favorites are with the members of course, when they talk about their history/back stories. But I have a soft spot for Jimin (Mini + Mini, so soft and funny), JK (food and music, the best combo) , and RM (soulful rapline) . But also the last episode with El Capixn, so emotional; with Txt , soft, fun and.... drunk . With Tablo , cause it's a pleasure when 2 great rappers and songwriters talk about music; But all the episodes are so interesting ! With Taemin, Taeyang , or others idols , I really enjoy to learn more about them/ and BTS experiences shared by Suga. With some actors, different path but intersting life lessons. You should react to all of them, when you have time, Suga is a damn good TV host, he made the guest feel at ease, and always mixed deep conversations, honest feelings, and funny stories.👍 I'm waiting for the season 2 !!

There were 4 MVs for V's Layover (Aug-Sep 2023) and I don't think you will have a problem on YT with reactions. It's a serious VIBE! He also uploaded "Le Jazz de V" for Festa June 2023 on BangtanTV that you might enjoy. If you watch the Layover MVs, save "For Us" for last as it's sort of a compilation of behind the scenes of the others, and it might give spoilers. Suga proves himself to be a great interviewer, and we learn lots about him as well with all the episodes, even beyond those with the members. In Beyond the Story, Suga said another career he was interested in was psychologist, and it makes so much sense when you hear him talking with friends. I liked them all with the members episodes being my favorites, but especially enjoyed the one with El Capitan who was on tour with Suga for D-Day. His kindness and caring for his friend was really evident.

my fav suchwita episode is the one with Jimin. He and Yoongi have one of the best dynamics in bangtan--they're so fond and supportive of each other but tend to show it through bickering and teasing each other constantly. (It's a similar dynamic to Jin and JK, but with less actual hitting, lol.) Yoonmin shenanigans are delightful. Also, it's one of the rare(ish) times we've seen Jimin really open up in an interview and speak freely. He's usually very private, and he's too damn good at spinning platitudes and giving generic non-answers to most interviewers. Jimin is kind of a tough nut to crack... but yoongi-hyung knows how to make him talk (hint: alcohol. The secret is alcohol.) 😂

The clip where all 7 were drinking was from one of the Festa dinners, I think maybe 2018? Those might be something you want to check as we get closer to Festa this year. They are like little anniversary parties where they sit and check in with other. The 2022 one was the only one that was incredibly hard to watch because they brought up the hiatus for the first time and how they finally were living apart instead of having a shared dorm. Namjoon cried and the press went crazy, characterizing it as a break up of the group. It took ARMY a while to process what was happening and be reassured. But I still know some ARMY who can't rewatch that one. I will probably rewatch them all in the next few weeks. This ep 18 is my favorite coz of the 2018 talk and episode 27 ( the last one ) Suga with his friend EL. Captainx coz that episode made me shade tears and knew another side of Suga 💜💜. I really enjoyed and appreciated all the episodes of Suchwita and learnt alot from every guest and all our 7 boys 💜💜. Thanks for the reactions.

I love all the episodes with the members. It's impossible to pick a favorite as they all had such a different feel and I learned something new in every episode. One of my favorite things about Suchwita is actually seeing Yoongi interact with other people. The episode with IU and with ElCapitn were exceptionally cute. It highlighted their friendships. That said... I have a soft spot for JK karaoke so that maybe was the most fun!

all of the suchwita eps with the members are my favorite, just like what tae said, each episode gave such different vibes and shows every members unique dynamics with yoongi. but outside the eps with the members, i think my most favorite were the ones with Tablo, IU, Yijeong or El Capitxn (the last episode *so far*), and Yeonjun and Taehyun from TXT.

I like this episode because it´s honest, but episodes with JK are the best among the members. I love the bonus Noraebang clip. The last episode with el Capitxn is super. It´s honest story about el Capitxn but also about Suga. It amazes me how much Suga gives of himself in all the episodes, especially in the last one.

Suga and V come from same province in Deagu. Suga always protect V.. V have his own language call Taetae language and only Suga can understand it. So Suga always be V translator 😂. V is genius & funny. He invented "BORAHAE" "I PURPLE YOU" 💜💜💜. Our hansom face in the world since 2017.

V's interview was the most intelligent and deep interview. And the closeness between the 2 made it poignant. V's intelligence and humbleness made it a very satisfying session. No stupidity to get viewers. There was depth there. Rm's was the other one. About his album, it's critically acclaimed. A totally no skip album., beautifully crafted and what we expected of V in terms of music. He has taste and presence. His vocals and visuals and his ability to put them together in beautiful pieces of music where the instruments and vocals come together is testament to his artistry.

My favorite episodes are the two with RM (Suga interviewing RM and RM interviewing Suga). RM is my bias and I love to understand how his mind works creatively. Because Suga is also a musical genius their discussions are always so profound. They’ve also known each other the longest in the group, were both underground rappers, and have the deepest knowledge of music (especially hip-hop). I could listen to their discussions for hours.

Tbh I do recommend you watching the other episodes at some point. At least some of them. They give a lot of insight into not just the guest, but also Yoongi and BTS as a whole 💜 Also my fave (outside of the members) is probably the one with El Capitxn due to the subject matter and the connection between the two.

You really should react V's Layover album. It's a masterpiece

It is hard to pick a favorite. I watched all 27 episodes and Suga became such a wonderful host that there were some people who usually don't do interviews that came on his show! I enjoyed all of the members (I really liked Rm taking over to interview Suga) but I also liked so many of the rest. It was interesting to find out about some of these people famous in Korea as well as being introduced to some of Suga's friends outside of BTS. Taeyang, Tablo, Hoshi and Woozi from Seventeen, I wish TXT would have been better (I always enjoy listening to Taehyun but Yeonjun was a mess, literally), Jung Yong Hwa from CNBlue was such a kick, and the last one where he introduced us to his best friend outside of BTS Jang Yi-jeong aka El Capitxn was so special. Did you ever watch Jungkook's Noraebang Clip?

I think I liked the one with Tablo, and then with RM, the second one. I loved all of them really. I have learned something in each of them. V's taste in music leans towards jazz and R and B. He plays the saxophone. Plus IMHO his voice is so mellow and he is such a old soul it's perfect for him. I love V's songs. Jimin wrote friends, V and Jimin wrote the lyrics. They all were encrusted with crystals, as the crystals came off they changed to the solid metallic, except for JIn, who has a thing about Pink Mike. LOL. what makes V remark about chapt 2 even funnier is, well... I'll let you find out on your own. Not only do they watch them, sometimes they film all of them rewatching them together! Those are so funny! JIn also saw the younger members in trouble and tried to get a day or two off as well. RM called them out for dinner and drinks and they all talked it out. The shows are Bon Voyage, start with season 1, there are 4 seasons I think. yep, 4. also in the Soop is a staycation in Korea on a lake that is complete BTS chaos. They'll film it, V was teasing. go back and listen to what Suga said. This was a total spoiler tease!

I love this ep so much too esp when they talk about the difference between them and the 2018 situation 💜 Chapter 2 meme about them bieng naked is extra funny because Bts between other artists cover the most 😂so chapter 2 was shocking abit since we are not used to it . We used to go crazy over their exposed forehead

I think this episode with V is my fave with the members for feels. The episode with IU is another fave as Yoongi and her are good friends. I know the members watched Run BTS, one time during an actual Run episode Hobi was watching it and Jungkook watched BTS compilations and suchwita on live with us.

I wish you got to know Tae more musically before watching this episode

That wine is one of my regular Friday night favourites (even before it came up on Suchwita with two different guests). Btw, where you paused on the scenery those clips were all from their Bon Voyage trip to New Zealand (where that wine comes from!). I live in New Zealand and saw the Southern Aurora for the first time in my last week. The sun storm meant that it was visible far further north in the country than normal. It was amazing!

The fastest following happened the day each member opened an individual instagram account. All members were flooded with millions of followers. I think he had 40+million.

Not counting bts epsodes, I really advise you to watch episodes he did with Tablo (epik high leader and rapper and yoongis and RM's close friend), IU (singer who is also close friend), Jang Yi-jeang (producer ElCapitnx he is hybe producer and close yoongi friend) - these episodes really allows to look deeper in Yoongi's and bts relations with other people in the industry, also these three are great peoe and army love them dearly. I've been to epik high concert and it is a blast (they did several collabs with yoongis and rm). Another my personal favourite is with Kim Jon Wan (from band Niihwa, he collabed with Yoongi on Dear my friend and Joon, they talkcabout music and being artist, fans, amazing conversation of two artists) And you have second JK episode left as well!

My favorite Suchwita ep. is the El capitxn(ep. 27) and Txt (ep. 8). I all so love re watching the othet episodes bc Yoongi still talks about himself and the group when he interviews others. So there still worth a watch and Yoongi is amazing interviewer too. I love white wine i like some red wines a local winary makes amazing strawberry rhubarb wine that is soooo good.

Bon Voyage is a reality show they do for when they go on Vacation. So I'm sure they will get it on film.

I’ve enjoyed watching your Suchwita reactions. Suga is a great host and ALL of the episodes are great, but the ones with the members are my favorite. I love seeing the way he interacts with each member. Another great episode is the one with Taeyang of Big Bang. We get to see Suga as a fanboy! After you watch Jungkook’s 2nd episode (and I hope his karaoke extra) I hope you’ll consider watching the 2022 Festa dinner that started Chapter 2 and the live that JK did a few days later when he came to reassure us all (and set a few things straight about what the members said about his house!).

The “shut up, I’m trying to sleep” comment for the violin may not be that far from the truth considering how even JK’s neighbours used to complain last year when he was going live so much, having karaoke sessions for hours.
